Loading of 3 No. ERS at Divisional Stores of TLMD-IV Pampore & Unloading of same after completion of Job.
Manual carriage of 3 No. ERS and other allied material from nearest road site to erection site
Providing of wodden logs of length 1.8 m and 0.3 m girth including transportation to work site for anchoring of guy wires
Providing of stone boulders for over burdening of pits for proper anchoring of logs including transportation to site
Excavation of pits for fixing of anchoring/stack plates/ wodden logs for 1 no pit=1 mtr x 1.8 x 2.5 ( Such for 2 No. ERS Structures)
Fixing of anchoring/stack plates / wooden logs including fixing of guy wires with logs etc and back filling the same with boulders and available earth
Erection of ERS including fixing of guy wires etc complete job.
Laying of additional 0.4 ACSR Zebra Conductor for 3 -phases approx = 0.1Kms ( as per site requirment if required)
Making of compression joints.
Stringing of conductor for 3 phases including erection of insulator strings,fittings etc.
Erection of jumpers at tension towers.
Dismantling of extra 0.4 Zebra Conductor (3 Phase Strings Only) after erection of Main Tower
Dismantling of ERS including removing of all sorts of anchoring.
Back-filling of excavated Pits of ERS after removal of anchoring plates /. Wodden logs / guy wires etc complete job
Loading of 3 No. ERS and all other allied material into mechnaical transport at Work site and Unloading of same at grid station Pampore including manual carriage of material etc where ever required.
