Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surfaces/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per srl item No 8 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor, slabs landings and stair and similar work not exc. 20 cm thick flat rough to receive plaster all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete.

M & L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

S&F Aluminium Composite panel (ACP Sheets colour as approved by GE) of 3/4 mm thick joint with cilicon/adhesive as per manufacture instruction including necessary aluminium framed work as required shape and size by welding etc fixing to wall/ceiling/ RCC column/boarding/Gates/Name Plates on gates with necessary fixing arrangements upto a height of 10 Mtrs including dismantling of existing sheets of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat : SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent in Sikka, Fosroc and STP Ltd. Note : The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

Providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: SmartCare Damp Proof of Asian Paints or equivalent in Berger and Nerolac. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base of flooring or in any position including Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing flooring or tiles of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning, laid duly mainting propper slope as per requirement at site over hardstanding/path including dismantling of existing interlocking tiles of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm tile not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiles of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wall cladding tiles of size 300mmx600mmx10-12mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (Make : Unistone/ultra or equivalent) and as per sample approved by GE including dismantling of old tiles with backing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sliding/openable glass door 12mm thick (toughened glass) of approved quality including necessary all stainless steel hardware fittings (As like sliding rail, guide, clips, frame , brackets , clits , jammers, stopers, locking arrangement etc) door fixed with two No's stainless steel handle on each leaf/door n exc 45 cm long 25 mm thick complete drilled for fixing with all fitting and fixture complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 12mm thick (toughened glass) of approved quality fixed in any position (fixed glazed window, partition, bathroom enclosure and the like)including necessary all stainless steel hardware fittings (As like frame, brackets, clips, jammers, stoppers. etc.) complete drilled for fixing with all fitting and fixture, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F floor mounter aluminum body door closer hydraclically regulated designation No. 3 universal type suitable for revolving type door of 1000mm to 1800mm in width and of weight between 75 to 100 kg, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete.

S & F plain gypsum board panel 12 mm thick on ceiling with and including necessary GI frame work for seamless ceiling used with 'T', channel or any section including screws , cleats ,fasteners, clips and all required accessories , hangers etc of galvanized steel all as per manufacturer design conforming to IS-2095 and 2542(1981) the weight of the board shall be not less than 7 kg per sqm and including dismantling existing ceiling with cover fillets etc and two coat of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ out carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light/fan/bell/ sockets 5/15 Amp complete with switches,Sockets, holders,ceiling roses,light fitting regulators etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ceiling and matching with the existing surface, complete all as specifed and as directed.
