REPAIR/ IMPROVEMENT TO LT UG CABLE NETWORKS AND ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Supply,installing,commissioning and testing of LT panel board outdoor type,cubical type made out CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust and vermin proof and angle iron of suitable size, pedestal flame grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 20 mm graded stone aggregated thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Panel should covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete with aluminum bus bar of of suitable size,(in separate chamber) including painting with two coats synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and consisting of the following:- (a) MCCB 400 Amp , 4 pole,36 kA-01 Each (b) MCCB 250 Amp , 4 pole,16 kA -02 Each (c) MCCB 100 Amp , 4 pole,16 kA -01 Each (d) Digital Amp meter (0-250)-01 Each (e) Digital Volt meter (0-500) -01 Each (f) RYB Indicator-01 Set Note:- The Drawing of Panel to be submitted for approval by makers given in schedule before installing at site.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for foundation of poles, laying of cables etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable and punned the sand for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- For payment punned depth shall be measured.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing or passing through pipe, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, steel tape / wire armoured heavy duty electric underground cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following nominal cross sectional area including taking down old unserviceable cable of following items from sr no 9 to 18 below :- Note:- Excavation, returning and removal shall be paid and measured seperately under respective item of BOQ

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Bus Bar Chamber outdoor type made out of 1.6 mm CRCA steel sheet 8 Nos outgoing TPN 200 Amps Bus Bar rating including fixing on Wall / Pole with suitable size of clamp, Nut & Bolt or as per site requirement for fixing of outdoor site with provision of angle iron legs 45 x 45 x 3 mm, 750mm long including PCC 1:2;4 type B-1 as in foundation of size 450 x 600 x600mm for grouting and incommer and outgoing cable connections with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for copper earthing in replacement with copper earth plate electrode 90 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr deep beliow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level,connecting to copper strip 20 X3 mm as earthing strip by means of bolts,nut check nut and washers protected with and including 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe,necessary excavation and earth work,magnesium sulphate (80 Kg) ),charcoal (2 Qtl) and common salt (2 Qtl) filling,watering arrangement with 20 mm GI pipe medium grade including PCC pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover ,GI funnel with test point,testing (all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main panel/eqpmt, pole/bus bar etc, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost complete. Note: GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Cutting wild grass, bushes, creeper, unwanted vegetation from inside / surrounding of E/M sub station (transformers) including cutting creepers from barbed / cattle fencing of the sub stn of area not exceeding 300 Sqm as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation fencing/compound and depositing where directed after taking proper electric shutdown form MRS Mathura. Note :- The item shall be operated maximum two times in entire period of contract in the same installations. (Area measured separately each time).

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each n exc 0.5 cum,getting out,returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations,filling and mass concrete.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of mild steel galvanised wire of any size all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,sizes and type to any type of strandards,rail,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Supply only fencing will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply and fix mild steel nut bolt,line wire and flat will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix mild steel section fin post and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc or flat iron fillet (for security wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riverting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long & dia of shank 11 to 15 mm compele all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement tubular battery 12 volt 150 AH complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT insulation tape providing electrical insulation, thermal protection and mosture sealed for cables and components EPR Rubber tape of size (25mmx.76mmx9m) compele all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT insulation tape durable, stretchable and weather rasistance PVC tape or fabric tape TAPARIA PVC Insulation Tape IT17B - Premium Electrical Tape - colour coded of size 17mm x 6m, Weather Proof, Moisture & Fire Resistant, Excellent Elasticity, Durable, Good Grip and Strong Adhesion (Pack of 20) compele all as specified and as directed.
