Overhauling Repairs of Roller Shutter in Boiler House and laundry at Govt. Lalla Ded Hospital Srinagar

Dismantling of old, wornout and damaged gear operated roller shutter by way of dismantling of steel lath worm gear assembly, spring, guide rail and pinion assembly and hand lever and disposing the dismantled material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting of 2 no having size of (13x11 each) new hand operated worm gear type rolling shutter by way of providing and fitting of following items 1:- 80 mm slat width, machine rolled mild steel (MS) steel lath having thickness of 1.25 mm. 2. Manual round hand wheel mounted at reachable height (approx 1.2m from ground) 3:connecting which connects between hand wheel and overhead worm gear box 4: Worm gear assembly having minimum gear ratio of 1:20 which will be located at the top bracket plate, housing with the self-locking worm screw and worm wheel 5: high tensile carbon spring steel torsion springs which will act as a counter-balance system that offsets the heavy dead weight of the steel curtain. 6: Main Shaft pipe should be made up of sheduled 40 pipe having minimum pipe dimater of 100 mm which will have High-strength for holding the suspension springs and rolling slats. 7: Guide channels on both side for holding the curtain during vertiucal movement 8.Hood cover/protective sheet for the protection/enclosing of barrel and gear assembly 1.25 mm thick. The job includes greasing of guide rails, worm gear and other parts of the shutter. the material shallconfirm to IS 6248, the job further includes testing of rolling shutter and providing of consumebles, skilled labour tools and tackles to complete the whole job

Providing and applying minimum two coats of steel primer of reputed make along with minimum two coats of metal paint of approved brand of required colour to give an even shade. The job includes providing of tools, tackles safety gear etc shall be provided by the firm
