Taking Down the existing 11KV/433V Step Down Distribution Transformer by disconnecting HT and LT Cables on both sides of the winding and Keeping the Transformer at Substation store room With proper Wheel locking for not to rolling down Complete all as specifies and directed.

Supplying, installing, connecting, testing & commissioning of Three Phase 11KV/433Volts Distribution Step Down Transformer of Rated capacity 400 kVA as per IS 1180-(Part-I): 2014, with energy efficiency level No 3, Oil immersed type,Copper wound, Indoor type, ONAN type cooling, connection symbol Dyn11, HT winding with delta connected, LT winding with star connected with neutral brought out, HT (11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz), LT (433 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire), with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage to +5% to -10% within limit all as per IS-2026,02 Nos body earthings complete Mounted over the Existing foundation complete as specified and as directed. The Accessiories needed of the transformer shall be following below are, (a) Rating and Terminal Marking Plate,(b) Lifting Lugs,(c) Oil Level Indicator with Minimum marking,(d) Roller Unidirectional with Locking arrangement,(e) Pressure Relief valve,(f) Dehydrating breather,(g) Drain valve and Filter valves with blanking plates,(h) Stem type thermometer.(i) Conservator oil Tank

Supply, laying in Cable trench inside the station or fixed to wall, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor, 1.1KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminium Multi stranded conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking down unserviceable LT cable of any type/size/description, etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to Copper Earth strip 20x3 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brash all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe 40 mm dia medium grade including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install Testing and commissioning of Monoblock centrifugal pump set horizontal type suction / delivery with a discharge capacity-1000 LPM, 40 mtr head, mechanical seal arrangement including 3-phase energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor as prime mover, 415 V, S1 duty rating, energy efficiency level -IE 3 BEE star rated, ISI Marked 15 HP (11 KW) 2900-3000 RPM as per IS- 12615 ( latest edition) fixed to pump through jaw type coupling with pump impellor of phosphorous bronze and shaft of carbon steel complete, including PCC foundation, base frame and cable connection including taking down of old pump set from foundation and removing from site and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
