Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- charge Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts, footing.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (ZoneIII) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade(Plastic Paint), having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.and colour. Two or coats.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made rubber moulded cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust filling the joints with fine sand and sides shall be locked with concrete 1:2:4 etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work in providing and fixing MS Grill in windows in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of oil paint all complete as direction of E-in-C

Supplying and filling moorum/kopra, base of floor/rooad etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by Vibratory roller and watering, levelling etc complete

Brick work with chimny brick of RAVI/KAVI/ SHREE/A D in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying multicoat synthetic plaster as per approved design, pattern texture in 2 mm thick on new plastered surface finished in proper line and level as directed by Engineer-in-charge in five coats consisting of composition of four order of application given as under includig all materials, labour and scaffoldings etc. 1) Scrapping of the new surface and applying sealer primer mixed with water in the ratio 1:3 (part sealer primer : 3 part water) and applying by brush @ 0.25 kg/sqm. 2) Applying levelling coat of spectrum rustic fine or equivalent with trwel as a putty finished to generate required texture by trowel. 3) Applying third coat of synthetic plaster with trwel @ 2.5 kg/sqm finished to generate required texture by trwel. 4) Applying two coats of exterior super fine pigmented acrylic wall coating as top coat @ 0.5 kg/sqm in two coats and colours as approved by Engineer-in-charge all up to a height of 10m.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 20 mm thick including fixing in skirting

Providing and fixing powder coated in Door & windows including all fittings, handles,locks, door closer etc complete

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters . 80 X 125 MM M.S laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover with mechanical device chain and crank operations for operating rolling shutters(Geared)

Labour for shifting of machines,jungle clearance, junk clearance etc

Structural steel work in single/built up sections are made from hot rolled plates with minimum yield strength 345 KG/M2, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & emulsion paint two or more coat etc complete as per E-in-c.

Providing and fixing C - 150 purlins 2.0 mm thick with pre-painted including all fixtures & fittings etc complete as per E-in-C

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting rain water guter of suitable size etc. complete.

Providing and fixing HT bolts with washers of different sizes as per fabrication drawings/details

Providing and fixing 2 mm thick polycorbonate sheets including all fixtures and fittings etc complete

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes100 mm dia conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including fixing of clips, bends/shoe etc complete as per direction of E-in-C

Providing and fixing on roof TURBO Vent 600 dia with all accessories, fittings etc complete as per direction of E-in-C
