Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness, including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.60mm pressed, mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Profile B:- Sheet of 1.25mm thickness and base ties of 1.25mm.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to steel windows by welding.

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed.

Providing and laying 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate 40mm thick nominal size including spreading, well rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm (Double Charged).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete as per direction of engineer- in charge). 35mm Thick (Second class kail wood).

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Particle Board 12mm thick Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS : 3087 marked

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35mm thick (Second class kail wood).

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws lSI marked M.S. pressed bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws of required size (Second class kail wood).

Providing and fixing lSI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts lSI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete 200x10 mm.

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter.

Providing & fixing electric points complete in all respect as per necessary as site.
