SPL REPAIR TO STN HQ SHOPPING COMPLEX LOC AT NASIRABAD MIL STN

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry, external surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 10mm thick as in ceiling surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic internal distemper having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over 1mm wall care putty and one coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as per manufacturer's specification.

M & L for for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for complete removal of old plaster surface and preparation of plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic internal distemper having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over 1mm wall care putty and one coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as per manufacturer's specification.

M & L for complete removal of old plaster surface and preparation of plaster/rough cast plaster surface applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterier paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying at new plasterd/rough cast palster surface two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
