Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with an initial lead, lift, etc, complete.

PCC 1:3:6 mix using 20mm HBS machine crushed metal for foundation with out form work including cost of all labour, materials, water charges, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

PCC 1:3:6, using 20mm HBG metal foundation with form work including cost of cement, all materials,water charges , labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Plastering with CM.1:5 mix using 12mm thick for inside & outside walls, including cost of all materials, water charges, labour, lead, litf, etc, complete.

Colour washing two coats with approved qulity of colour pigments over one coat of white cement including cost of all materials , labour lead and lift etc complete.
