M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat to receive wall tiles etc all as directed.

M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor tiles (CM 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (Jet black) of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plateform, widow sill and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified. M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by wt. of cement, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces all as specified all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 3mm thick JK/Birla white putty on wall and prepare the surfaces to achieve flawless smoothness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of putty finished new plastered/old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distempering walls with distemper oil-emulsion white or tinted over a coat of Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:3, on concrete sufaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface of ceilling and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete.

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of Distempering walls with distemper oil-emulsion white or tinted complete incl complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of any description not otherwise described steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic eanmel paint.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of any description n exc 1.5 sq. m sm each.

S&F in repairs 20mm gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Taking down old damaged existing water proofing membrane of any thickness from roof top complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizondal or vertical surfaces by applyong oil bound bitumen primer & 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not lesss than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slab/ projection/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust dirt etc as manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Cement concrete type B-1, 20 mm graded aggregate, 1:2:4 as in roof, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and finish surfacr even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for digging out roots of bushes, small trees, grass of any dia & girth from accessible roof projection, chajjas, wall junction, parapet etc at any height by necessay demolition of brick work/ stone masonary/ conrete/ RCC wall or slab etc and filling holes and levelled with cement concrete B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and necessary rendering of cement mortar 1:4 after applying damp proof epoxy based primer and matched with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
