Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeters )so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering ,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling & removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in .

Foundation ,footing basis of columns etc. And mass concrete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads , lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals.

Flat surfaces, such as soffits of the suspended floors roofs , landing and the like floors etc. up to any thickness , all as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including s carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals

Beams cantilever girders and lintels side and soffits of beams ,beams haunchings, cantilevers ,bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all heights from floor as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals.

Columns, pillars ,posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge Inculdings carriage of material with in all leads ,lifts in all floor levels and other incidentals

BrickworkwithcommonburntclayF.P.S. (nonmodular) bricksof classdesignation7.5 in foundationandplinth in:

6.13 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestorywindowsandother frames, wrought framed and fixed inpositionwithhold fast lugsor withdash fastenersof requireddia& length ( hold fast lugsor dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

9.5Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in?charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)
