Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation whenever necessary etc. complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plith beam with all cross brancings etc..,complete(Rcc coloumn footing plinth beam and lintel sides etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309) etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

White washing one coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental Enginners.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Fabrication and supply and fixing of special type of ornamental Iron Door made out of using 40x12mm flat, 16mmSq.Rod and 75x40x6mm MS channel section for outer frame and shutter made out of variation type MS angle section with necessary stiffeners at intervals and necessary cross dioginal MS flats. The shutter frame shall be fully covered by 50 gauge CR angle and provided with required locking facilities and handle including cost of red oxide primer.

Pre-painted Galvanized Iron Windows (Air Tight Model) with Grill and Glass: Providing and fixing Ajanta Cave Model Window fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated / powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm. Paint specification: Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns. Dimensions of sections: Sections for shutter should be of 46 x 46mm and external frame should be of 46 x 52mm. Section for glass beading should be of 18 x 25mm and centre mullion should be of 46 x 70mm. Fixing details: The frame and shutter sections should be cut to length and mitre joined with corner bracket made of CRCA electro plated. Mullion section should be joined with frame / mullion using nylon mullion cap. Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPD) Gasket should be used all around glass in shutter between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)
