Sch 'A' PART-I:(Sewage treatment plant ) Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and testing and giving satisfactory trials of STP Capacity 200 Cum/day consisting of Raw sewage tank , Inlet chamber(RCC M-30), Fine bar Screen chamber(manual) RCC M-30 with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover (RCC M-30) design mix , Grit separator, silting chamber, receiving chamber, Equalization Tank( 2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks, Feed Pumps(2 No), Moving Bed Bio Reactor(s) with plastic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR, Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Drying Bed of appropriate size (1.00m x2.00m x 1.50m) , Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil work, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank of RCC M-30 (Design Mix) , Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC M-30. Treated sewage can be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash.

Sch 'A' PART-II:(Manning and Operation ) Manning and Operation of Sewage treatment plant having capacity 200 Cubic meter/day including DG set and pump house for the duration of 24 hours in 02 (Two) shifts ie. For 08 hours in each shifts ( from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs - Ist Shift & from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs-IInd shift ) to in a day including sunday and Holidays (with one ITI/well experienced operator) for Ist year (0 to 11 months) from next date of certified date of completion of item No-1 above all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Water and Electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the Department. (ii) All Consumable such as cotton waste, Sodium Hypochlorite and any other chemical required, compressure oil and grease , necessary T&P etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer's instruction and direction of GE during the period of manning & Operation, cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor. DHPP(N) will be provided by department for DG set at main STP loc. (iii) Cost of supervisor & releiver including their dress , shoes, name plate , mobile connection etc. are deemed to be included in above rates. (iv) Contractor shall provide log book / attence register / plant running records book (v) conservancy services like cleaning, sweeping, cutting and trimming of grass and shrubs etc alaround area of STP Plant (vi) All plant and machinery , eqpt other items belongigs to plants including safety shall be the responsibility of employed manpower of contractor during contract period (vii) Testing charges of treated water with periodically as per IS shall be born by the contractor during manning and operation

All as per item No. 2.01 above but for 2nd year (12 to 22 months)
