Item No. 01 :- M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed with cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 02 :- M & L for vitrified double charge tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm not exc 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed with cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 :- Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 05 :- M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment

Item No 06 :- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 07 :- M&L Prepolished (mirror finish) Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing complete all as specified and direct

Item No. 08 :- M&L Prepolished (mirror finish) Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-18 mm thick as in risers, steps & skirting, over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing & rounding to edges complete all as specified and directed. (Kota stone should be single piece in tread and riser).

Item No 09 : S&F 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws in Cupboard shutters/Kitchen cabinet incl 5mm thick first class hard wood beading/edging complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : S&F continuous (Piano) hinges,mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised width of flaps (when open) 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11 :- S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and 5 mm thick plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 57 :- M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall,beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 68 :- S&F in repair vitreous china WHB size 550x400 mm white flat back including PVC waste pipe but excluding taps, waste, chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets with two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Item No. 69 :- S&F vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with including fixing bolts, but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 70 :- S&F PVC 10 litres capacity valveless, syphonic action type low level flushing cistern, white including flush pipe, cantilever brackets ,inlet, ball valve, float and handle, PVC connection 15mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 71 :- S&F in repair soft closing white seat cover for EWC incl accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 72 :- M & L for repair of sunken slab as under:- (a) M & L for application of 1:3 cement - sand mortar, mixed with sika latex emulsion (300 gram in 1 kg cement), as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in the remaining area. (b) M & L for application of sika Top Seal 109hi @ 2.20 kg per Sqm each coat or as per manufacture instruction- acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating onto the prepared surface in a continuous film on the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300mm above the final finished floor level. The coats shall be applied & fiber Glass Cloth to be laid in between coats. (c) M&L for application of Sikagard 694 F (I) @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacturer instruction. a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuous, 10mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15 mm. (d) M&L for application of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with sika Cim Pink @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacturer instruction

Item No 73 : - S&F Stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 74 :- S&F aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 75 :- S&F aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 76 : - Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 77 :.Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 78 : S & F for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixing in opening and complete all as specified and directed

Item No 79 : - S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, S & F in the frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed

Item No 80 : - M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super themo APP midified water froofing membran compressing of following for non-approachable roof: (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of make (M/s STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd/ M/s STP and Tikki Tar Ltd) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/Sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 81 - Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked omplete all as specified and directed.

Item No 82 : - S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 83 : - M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Item No 84 : -M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 85 :- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 86 :- Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN / Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs /MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

Item No. 87 :- Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface /concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 88 :- Taking down carefully existing geyser of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electric and water supply connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 89 :- Taking down existing ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 90 :- Taking down existing single phase electric energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M No II complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 91 :- M&L for point wiring with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area), PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS multi stranded conductorcable in and including concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25 mm ISI marked inclusive of tees, bend, elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chases and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One light point controlled by one, two way switch 5 Amps

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

(e) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

(f) One bell point controlled by one, bell push 5 Amps

Item No. 92 :- All as per item No 91 but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated unshealthed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Item No. 93 :- M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ivory colour including all accessories, heavy duty ISI marked, after chasing in wall/ceiling etc with GI sunken boxes 1.2mm thick, 60mm deep for housing switch socket etc duly covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area) single core cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-
