Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 90 x 42 mm & sash 31 x 57 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality (as per approved sample), Glass- 5mm thick toughened glass and Wire cloth- Stainless steel 304 Grade, natural finish, wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of glass, wire mesh and all other connected accessories shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose. (iii) Cutting holes of suitable depth in wall for inserting lugs etc including making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iv) uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles ± 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilator made of frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, including Glass- 5mm thick tinted or figured glass pin head type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for 7 to 8 mm thick non-skid ceramic colour (light shade) joint free tiles with matt finish premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, square/ rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Double charge vitrified coloured tiles (approved shade) of size 600mm x 600mm having thickness 8 to 9 mm premium quality having water absorption less than 0.08%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, square marbonite, laid as in floor, set and jointed using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Johnson (Snow Flair/Albano White Plus/Albano Lemon Plus) or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appendix 'B'

Ditto all as above item but as in skirting, but tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality having water absorption between 10% to 20%, digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Moh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 7 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering. Make : Johnson (Digital HD Tiles) (Barstow DK/LT/HL for Toilets & Verona LT/HL for Kitchens) or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appendix 'B'

Dismantling of stone slab tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rajasthan black granite (Telephonic Z-black) , machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 20 mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

Material and labour for anti skid full body vitrified step tiles 10mm thick bull noses and self embossed or grooved as in treads & landing (single piece length wise upto 1200mm) laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for anti skid full body vitrified step tiles 10mm thick as in riser, skirting (single piece length wise upto 1200mm) laid over and including screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, hard standing, path etc, laid in suitable panels not exceeding 3.00 m length finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 10mm Joints filled with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick terracing tiles single layer from roof laid and pointed in cement mortar ncluding removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition/taking out of mud from roofs, any thickness, including removing / cutting uprooting grass, vegetations and roots of small plants etc on roof and surrounding/parapit wall etc, including cleaning of surface of loose dust, and dirt and cement slurry etc. by means of wire brush, dust removing brush and scraper etc. and washing with water and preparing the roof surface to receive further treatment including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate mass concrete as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for roof surface treated with PU Elastoseal primer with Epoxy Primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating, supplying and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, elastomeric, polyurethane resin cold applied of spray/brush applied membrane with an elongation of 650%+ 50 and tensile strength not less than 2 Mpa, crack bridging ability not less than 2mm. No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure. Shore Hardness > 50 Shore. The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm, (overall) in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 1.5mm including providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75mm before laying SRI roof tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by CWE as per the manufacturer (ii) Payment will be made after providing warranty certificate from the company. Makes of PU Primer/ Membrane SIKA/ BASF, BERGER/ STP FOSROC/ SAINT GOBAIN, PIDILITE.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-0 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction as in benching / Roof Kerbing along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing/laying SRI (Sun Resistance Index) roof tiles (Size 300x300x 9-10 mm) laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with Liquid Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer’s and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete and digging out (unreinforced) as in sunken floor of any description and in any position and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as directed from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab as described following any one method complete as per directions of GE.

Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.

Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing slab surface and adjoining vertical surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based mortar/micro concrete, after that making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed

Material and labour for Efflorescence treatment to exiting masonry wall complete all as directed and as per following steps and using materials:-

STEP 1 - The seepage area from outside & inside shall be marked [consider at least 300mm extra area all around]. Old plaster along with brick joint mortar upto 15mm depth shall be removed by mechanical means.

STEP 2- After removing of plaster, thorough cleaning shall be carried out by clean water.

STEP 3 - The pointing of brick joints shall be carried out by polymer modified mortar Sika MonoTop®-122 F (Compressive strength ≥ 50 MPa in 28days as per ASTM C 109 -7cm cube) along with a bonding primer made by Sika Latex® SBR (Tensile adhesion strength - ≥ 1.5 N/mm2 (concrete failure) as per EN 1542)

STEP 4 - The fixing of NRV nozzles shall be carried out in a straight line near to old DPC followed by sealing of nozzles as well as a layer of 12-15mm thick polymer modified mortar shall be applied by Sika MonoTop®-122 F ((Compressive strength ≥ 50 MPa in 28days as per ASTM C 109 -7cm cube) along with a bonding primer made by Sika Latex® SBR Tensile adhesion strength - ≥ 1.5 N/mm2 (concrete failure) as per EN 1542). Allow mortar to cure for 24 hours.

STEP 5 - Next day, start injecting the poly acrylic injection Sika Injection®- 306 (with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having mixed viscosity: 3-11 M pa s at + 20 degree C, reaction time: adjustable according to ambient temperature and execution requirement between 8-50 Mins PH - 9-10. Tested as per Wissbau No 2002- 094- (1A) function test with re- injectable hose system) through NRV nozzles and allow product to react so that a seal can be created within the brick work.

STEP 6 - Once the injection work is completed, cut the NRV nozzles and seal with polymer modified mortar. Apply two coats of SikaTop®-107 Seal Plus IN ( Food grade product - CFTRI Certificate for repeated use with aqueous foods / water as per USFDA 175.300 , Tensile adhesion strength ≥ 2.0 N/mm2 as per ASTM D4541 & Water penetration under pressure ~0 mm penetration at 5 bar for 72 h as per BS EN 12390-8) followed by protect it with polymer modified mortar made by Sika Latex® SBR (Tensile adhesion strength - ≥ 1.5 N/mm2 -concrete failure- as per EN 1542). Make : Sika or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx 'B' approved by CWE

Material and labour for mild steel Framed work such as grills, ladder, cooler stand, as door frame, hand wash basin, cloth drying provision, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work including welding work as required conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless dash fastener, stainless bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by complete removal of existing treatment and cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from external/internal wall/ceiling surfaces, soffits/chajja/roof projection surfaces etc., by Mechanical sander/grinder machine having suction vaccum Bag (Smart periodical methodology), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for new plastered surfaces and prepared surface after complete removal, applying acrylic wall putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Material and labour for Preparation and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 12 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion and primer brands complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 12 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion and primer brands complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new/existing plastered surfaces as in ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN8) for non-pressure underground cable protection pipe 90mm nominal dia, Type B, confirming to 16098 (Part 2):2013 (pipe with online coupler and elastomeric rubber ring) with hollow annular profiled outer surface and a smooth inner surface (double wall corrugated), laid in trenches including all accessories/fittings/jointing ring, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for extra wiring for inverter socket out going to switch board/DB with 2.5 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC (using colour coding as directed) insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through existing conduit (conduit for point wiring already catered in point wiring item of BOQ) including making connection to switch board/DB and inverter socket) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing plug top 5/6Amp 3 pin good quality suitable for 240 volts, AC supply for inverter socket complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts.
