A/R and M/O Building in Education wing during 2026-27 SH- Distempering and painting work at Navyug School Pataudi House

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Rubbing/ Grinding and Polishing etc., repairing of joints and final rubbing and polishing on Kota Stone/Marble Stone/ Sand stone in flooring and dado etc. complete-including grinding machine with required T&P etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 Kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . Weighting and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures / rules of the C&D Waste plant . The rate of processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rats to be deposited by the agency has been included in the item. the same shall be paid in the item on production of only original cash receipts.

Cleaning of existing old glass panes from paint stains, dird and dust or etc. making glass clean and transparent by paint remover thinner etc. all complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
