Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable

Before Quoting the rates tenderer should read the bid document carefully

Local Suplliers are prefered for the purpose of service and Maintainance

Bidder Should Submit onsite warranty agreement in 500rs bond paper (as per the Format uploded in tender document ) and as per the format only if fails bidder will be disqualified from technical Qualification process

Bidder must submit Water purifiers sample to make fair decision in tender process if fails bidder will be disqualified from Technical Bid

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years, i.e. 2021-22 to2024-25 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 3 Lakhs

Work Done Certificate

Mandatory Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least 1 similar nature of work 50 PERCENT of total cost of works

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than 93000 Credit lines/Letters of Credit / Certificates from any Nationalized Banks as per the format for meeting the fund requirement Note(In bakercertificate clearly mention Branch Email id and Phone No) as per format Note:Solvency not accepted
