Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5(One cement five M-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three M-Sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete and as directed by department officiers etc complete as per standard specification.

Dadoing walls with the following types tiles of suitable size of approved quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two P -sand); 10mm and pointing with colour cement neatly etc., complete in all floors.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M-Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M-Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no M-Sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size ( 23x23x2 cm ) approved quality in C.M. 1:3 - 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS @ 2 % by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with 'P' or 'S' trap with M-Sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position steel Windows / Ventilators of the following types; outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452 / 1990 t of ‘Z’ section (F.7D) of size 25mm x 20mm x 3mm and mullions are made of (F4B) ‘J’ sections of size 46mm x 25mm x 3mm and sash bars shall be made of ‘T’ section (T2) of size 25mm x 22mm x 3mm. including providing handle cum latch with suitable open shall be left for its easy operation and adjustable wind stay of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter and with necessary MS angle hold fasts welded to the outer frame and 12mm MS square guard bars shall be welded to the inner flat of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100 mm spacing and welding 18G MS sheet for panes and including one coat of red oxide primer and charges for fixing in position including dismantling the masonry, concrete and redoing the same duly packed with concrete etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and M-Sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the TWAD Board officers including construction of mud pit.
