Repair to Khordha - Jatani - Pipili Road such as repair and restoration of service Road from Ch.8/550 to 8/800 Km LHS and Ch.0/00 to 0/700 Km

Scraping claning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 75 mm (BUSG) thick Built up Spray Grouting two layers 37.5 mm thick each layer using 0.45 cum 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite broken metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite broken chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of P.R.R. and all other machineries and including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials i.e. metal, chips, bitumen and all other T&P materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying compacted Bituminous Macadam ( Grading-II) with Batch Mix Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting to work site, laying over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr. depth including cost of all labour, labour cess and T&P for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard cruser broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with labour, labour cess and T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking Paver Block of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour & pettern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embeding /laying of inter locking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufactures specification with cost, conveyance, royalties, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete.

Suppplyig, cutting, straightening of steel HYSD bar (550D) reinforcement (SAIL / RINL / TATA / VIZAG) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & typing the grillls and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and for providing fan hooks hosting lowering & laying steels including cost conveyance , taxes & royalites of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.
