Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self-curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying/painting AAI logo of size 450 x 750mm on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil of 300 micron backlit flex material, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge.

Providing and applying/painting warning instruction of TRESPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHY PROHIBITED - letter height 100mm on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil of 300 micron backlit flex material, all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge.
