M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) ,type 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering in CM 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only Note :- Water proofing compound will be paid separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) for addition in cement mortar/concrete

Material & Labour PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm gradee aggregate) for coping all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic amulsion primer including preparation of new concrete surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or equivalent) on old surface including preparation of surface of any description as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B 2, 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standings including necessary formwork all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for laying chequered tiles as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cemnt mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid dry or laid dry or pointed all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling fencing wire of any description and any type all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed Note :Each line wire to be measured

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Supply & Fixing mild steel works in roof trussed framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angles, channel or flat sections) MS pipe etc including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A)

S&F Mild steel work like angle iron,flat iron etc in posts and struts in fencing including to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coat of Anti corrossive paint over a coat of anti corresive primer wiith complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long and dia of neck 12 mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC coated MS Galvanised chain link fencing size 75X75X3.5mm of any type of standar, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT steel bars CRS 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.
