Construction of C.C. Road, Interlocking Patri and Drain (12.00 M, 9.00 M and 7.50 M) in Bharatpuri Yojna, Gonda, (U.P.)

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (Plant Mix Method) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Supply and fixing of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete and Fly Ash Zig Zag-Shape rubber moulded Interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming to IS 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness of O.P.Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 40 Mpa and weigt 4.5 kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 5.00cm. thick fine sand including labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of local sand, filling the joints with local sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supply and Laying for separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick. Etc. complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, vaccum dewatering, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer.

Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer’s specification in cement concrete.

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834. 10mm Width & 50mm Depth

Dismantaling of old existing ramp/slabs i/e disposal of dismantaled material as per direction by E/I
