Supply , Fixing , installation, commissioning and testing in repair LT junction box cubical type of size 60cm x 40cm x 30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed. Note for serial item No. 01 to 05: The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. Purchase Vr to be produced at the time of payment.

Supply and fixing Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made LT feeder pillar box shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance, Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test 960ºC in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing). Material & Labour for disconnecting the LT cable connections from panel MCCBs/MCBs and removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC SOLUTION , if the cable insulation is deterioated Excavate the loop of the cable and make new connection with suitable size of lugs including replacment of the unserviceable or defective parts i.e rusted nuts, bolts,old damged/ corroded door hinges /door lock/bus bar, front or back door etc (doors hinges, door lock shall be weld properly) and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked.Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be proper to be made serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Foundation of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications if deteriorated and coloured with base frame properly mounted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of the old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairing the LT panel board body by replacing with new CRCA sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door / body of Pane/feeder pillar box, with hinjes and door lock should be well welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,Fixing and testing in repair LT Air circuit breaker 800 Amp . 4 pole , 415 volts , 50 Hz, 65 KA, microprocessor release Manual draw out type complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junction box/LT panel/O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required excavation, returning filling, relaying sand cushioning /brick protection and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe, breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the same with required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of thi item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition complete all as directed by Eng In charge.
