Providing fire rated doors at the exists under NFS Project Package-II refurbishment work at Air Force Station, Chabua, Assam(2nd call).

Amount

Providing and fixing 120 minutes of metal fire rated doors and partitions as per IS:3614 Part-2:1992 for stability and integrity with pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS:277 specification, door tested & approved from an authorized Government approved testing agency for maximum fire rating of 2 hours. The door frame shall be of double rebate profile with size 140x57mm made out of 1.60 mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Provision shall be kept for grouting with cement & sand mortar for fixing the fire doors on the clear masonary openings. The door leaf shall be 50 mm thick fully flush skin with 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet outer face with the infill material shall be resin bonded honey comb core. The internal construction of the door shall be provided with rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. All doors shall be factory made with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, door closer, vision panel, flush bolt and panic bar etc. The finishing of the door shall be powder coated finish of approved colour. The hardware shall include the stainless steel ball bearing hinges of make Geze or equivalent, heavy duty door closer shall be of make Dorma or equivalent, 6 mm fire resistant clear vision glass panel of size 200x300 mm on each shutter, mortise dead lock 70mm EPC of make Dorma or equivalent, stainless steel D handle 300mm long & the anchor fastener 100 mm long. The area of shutter and top fixed portion together shall be measured for payment including the freight and cost of installation all complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge: (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
