Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

L1 bidder must supply all goods to the Head Office first, after passing a third-party inspectionthe department will release 100% payment to the L1 bidder.After receiving the payment, the L1 bidder is responsible for transporting the goods to the designated consignee locations listed in the tender. They must provide a delivery challan with the seal and signature of the receiving office. This documentation must be submitted to the Head Office within 30 days. These terms ensure that the goods meet the required standards before payment is made and that the bidder takes responsibility for the delivery to the end-users.

The specified configuration of All in One DESKTOP, A4 Size MFD-Printers & A3 Size MFD Printer cum Copier Machine as mentioned in Section-XIV to be supplied which has been approved by the Technical committee

The bids should be unconditional and conditional bids will be summarily rejected.

The Bidder should submit purchase order/work award where the quantity in single order submitted shall not be less than 50 numbers Computers/A4 MFD Printers/A3 MFD Printer cum copier machine in any one of the Financial Years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of any IT Equipments

Capabilities of Vendor

The Bidder should either be the Original Equipment Manufacturer or an Authorized licensed agent/ dealer / reseller of Computers, MFD-Printers & Copier Machine

The OEM must have valid ISO 9001:2015

Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority.

The bidder must not have defaulted/Blacklisted in providing services against any of the previous purchase orders placed by any department or any other utilities as on the date of bid opening.

The Proposed Hardwares End-of-Life should not be less than Five years from the date of work award.

Financial Status

The Annual Turnover of the bidder should be above Rs. 100 Lakhs in any of the last Three preceding financial year (i.e.,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).

The Bidder should be a registered company/firm in Karnataka under relevant act(s)

Product Demonstration should be given to Directorate of Economics and Statistics before uploading bid

The successful bidder or OEM shall have an Office/Service Center in Bengaluru

Others -- Valid Address proof/Undertaking for presence in Bengaluru.

ONE OEM shall have Maximum of 3 Bidders only and if more than 3 the first 3 will be considered & rest will be disqualified.

Others -- The OEM MAF certificate shall be evaluated in Chronological order.

The Tenderer should submit a warranty declaration of 3 year for desktops, A4 MFD Printer and A3 MFD Printer cum Copier machine on company letterhead.

Tenderers, other than MSEs (with valid registration certificates under NSIC) who applied without applicable EMD will be summarily rejected.
