M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of 9 m long RCC poles incl removing oily/greasy spots and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of black and yellow in alternate strips of 30 cm width upto 1.0 mtr height including applying a coat of white wash on pole, pole coping and lettering the pole details with adhesive sticker of dia 125 mm with white letters (indicating pole No/location code) on blue/ black background complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for painting to coping of poles after making good the surface with Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 C2 using 40mm stone aggregate, preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, the colour of paint shall be black/yellow or blue/white in zebra pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: PCC for making good the coping shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Material and labour for fixing in repair radium reflective, water proof adhesive sticker of width not less than 100 mm wrapped around the street light pole of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old RCC / rusted poles including PCC and supply & erect minimum 7 mtr height above GL / foundation made out of Hot dip Galvanized single section octogonal pole with foundation base place of size 250x250x16 mm, foundation bolts 04 Nos of size m24 x 700/750 mm,with signle type arm bracket 1500 mm long, the pole shaft shall be tapered with single longitudinal welding and door opening for cable with 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp and 32 Amp connector and 03 run of 1.5 sqmm PVC wire for connecting street light fitting from MB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. M&L for Inspection, maintenance and servicing of 60 HP Diesel Engine pump as per OEM manual for 'B' check once in a 03 month or 250 hrs whichever is earlier of the engine for smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Replace the lubricating oil. (b) Replace lubricating oil filter element. (c) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (d) Replace the fuel filter element. (e) Check engine coolent. (f) Check the crank case breather. (g) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine). (h) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from sump. (i) Checking & adjusting fan belts. Note. Dismantling the pump of 60 HP - 40 HP capacity, isolating suction / delivery line connections, checking the worn out parts like impeller, shaft, stuffing box, shaft sleeve using Micrometer and transporting to workshop for repairs, check for condition of bearings, removing scales from impeller and pump housing, building the worn out metal of transmission shaft to required level, machining to the required size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to match the sleeve, and fixing into the housing, re-assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction/ delivery, greasing for bearings including replacement of rubber insertion etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule.

Dismantling of motor of 60 HP - 40 HP capacity pumpset from installed position after disconnecting the coupling and electric connections and transporting the motor to the work shop, strip opening of the motor complete incl dismanlting stator, rotor assembly and cleaning the complete assemblies by taking out perished glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block,and washing with carbon tetra chloride, decarbonising and cleaning the rotor with CTC solution.Replacing the glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block, binding the loose coils with binding cloth, varnishing the coils complete and applyng bectol on the excitor coils, stator coils and heating complete, reassembling the unit and testing with megger for insualtion value and re-assembling, aligning with pump, re-inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the electric cable etc and check for drawing current testing, commissioning etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Colour of paint will be decided by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Scaffolding and other safety precution equipment will be arranged by the contractor for the pipes which are upto G+3 floor height and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iii) Contractor shall made good all disturbed surfaces and quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for the same.

Taking down old unserviceable MS pipe of any class and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Sprinkler glass bulb type (Standard response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating pendent type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Fire Alarm Sounder cum strobe shall have audibility level not less than 85 DB measured at 1 Mtr, strobe shall have not less than 75 cd flashing at 1 Hz for visual indication with control module, operating voltage 24 volts DC the sounder cum strobe shall be integrated with control modules of existinf FACP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of semi underground static water tank of capacity 1.65 lakh ltrs by the following method :- (a) The inner surface of the walls of the tank shall be cleaned with wire brush after emptying the water in the tank to adjacent tank. (b) After thorough cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (c) After removing the sludge from tank the tank shall be cleaned with anti bacterial agents. (d) Applying water proofing compound to arrest leakages and seal the cracks on walls. (e) After complete treatment, writing of "Tank capacity" 'Date of cleaning and due date of cleaning' on wall including applying two coats of white washing to external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Carrying out repair, maintenanace, servicing and attending breakdown of oil fired incinerator of Make HATT, including inspecting all parts, control circuit wiring and control circuit boards / mother board for general repairs / servicing / over hauling as per OEM instructions for ensuring smooth and trouble free operation of equipment to the entire satisfaction of user / department all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (a) The rep of OEM shall visit the installation site for periodic preventive maintenance check up of the Fire incinerator system for every 3 months other than breakdown job . During this the system shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked including inspection of all spare parts such as fuel injection pump, primary burner system, secondary burner system, operation of hydraulic doors, ID fan, FD fan, entire control circuit wiring, PCB board / control circuit board and all other connected items for functioning of the fire incinerator and repairing the same if found defective and testing & commissioning after rectifying defect complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) All spare parts such as nozzle assembly, photo cell light detector, fuel pump, solenoid switch,ignition electrode, thermocouple, control circuit borad / mother board / PCB, burners, hydraulic oil shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) The quoted rate inclusive of cleaning of Fire incinerator and connected system as per OEM instructions and control wiring. IGBT based UPS of capacity 40 KVA each of Microtek make at INHS Dhanvantari comprising of the following outlined services:- (Set of 2 Nos UPS will measured as one Job) (a) The Contractors technical team shall visit the installation site for periodic preventive maintenance check up of the UPS system and the batteries for every 3 months other than breakdown job . During this the system shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked including inspection of all spare parts such as iGBT, Drive cards, relay cards, AC capcitors, inverter cooling fan, ceramic fuses and including replacing the defective spares if any complete, re-assembling, calibration of UPS complete and testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.(b) DC back up source will be maintained by applying white petrolium jelly, checking/ servicing of batteries etc as applicable.(c) Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits, all break down calls on the systems covered under AMC shall be attended.(d) Cost of all the spares except Charger card, Power card, Driver card, AC/DC capacitors, IGBT, replacement of Batteries to put the UPS in working condition shall be born by the contractor during the AMC period.(e) Response time during normal working hours shall be 4 Hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall bemaximum 48 hrs, based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards.(f) Major Spares such as Charger card, Power card, Driver card, AC/DC capacitors, IGBT, replacement of Batteries required will be measured & paid separately under relevant Schedule. All other spares required for rectifier & inverter section such as other connecting cards, Input fuses, SCR, Inverter cooling fan etc for keeping the UPS in operational state are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(g) In addition to the above the contractor shall attend and rectify all types of defects arised during the contract period, to keep the UPS system in operational condition.

Carrying out repair, maintenanace and attending servicing / breakdown of following capacity chemical desiccant dehumidifiers, including strip opening of dehumidifier inspecting parts / spares for general repairs / servicing / over hauling as per the following scope of work given below for ensuring smooth and trouble free operation of equipment to the entire satisfaction of user / department all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. :Scope of work: (i) Filters: Check for physical status of filters, cleaning the both process and reactivation air filters by racking out filters from dehumidifiers and clean both the filters with compressed air or wash with warm soap solution and refix both the filters in their location. If the filters are damaged replace the filters of OEM recommended make.(ii) Desiccant Rotor: Check the desiccant rotor for smooth operation, no sign of discoloration, pits, cracks due to dirt, dust or other foreign material. The desiccant rotor should be removed for cleaning from its position safely as per OEM instaructions. Cleaning the rotor by dry vaccum and dusting brush with attachment with soft bristle brush and vaccum both the surfaces of rotor or by applying moisture free compressed air of pressure rating less than 2 Kg/sqcm on one side at lease 250mm away from rotor surface and vaccum on other side, refix the rotor in its original position. The cleaning of desiccant rotor is upto full satisfaction of Engineer in charge and if the rotor replacement is inevetable due to poor performance of rotor the same should be replaced with new desiccant rotor of OEM make complete all as directed.(iii) Seals: Check the seals for any wear and tear and air leakge, the same should be replaced with high performing silicone seals complete all as directed.(iv) Reactivation air heater: Check the heater element complete all as directed.(v) Fan Motors: Check for any abnormal sound from the motors and clean both the process and reactive motors by removing from their original postion, remove the impeller and clean the fan impeller throughly and refix the same in original location.

.(vi) Bed drive unit: Disconnect the bed drive motor supply check for any wear and tear of bed drive timing belt and replace the same if damaged and care should be taken for to avoid revese rotation of motor while refixing.(vii) Electric circuit: Tighten all connections by applying proper torque . (viii) Attending complaints of Dehumidifier of following capacity, checking for control circuit and power circuit connections from MCB TPN / SPN plug socket control point to dehumidier, healthiness of process fan & react fan motor winding, functionality of the contactors, over load relay, differential pressure switch, delay timer, heater coil, thermostat, limit switches, illuminating switches, rotation of dessicant rotor / bed drive reduction unit, complete as per nature of complaint and rectify the defect by replacing concerned material / rewinding of fan motors complete to make the dehumidifier operational all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of control wiring. (ii) Each complaint / servicing attended shall be measured as one job through job card and after completion the same shoud be signed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) All spare parts incorporated should be as per OEM recommendation only. (iv) Sapres like control wiring, nuts / bolts / washers etc, T&P for servicing are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Replacement of spares such as filters, desiccant rotor, bed drive unit, Bed drive timing belt limit switch, thermostat, seal group, heater coil, LED lamp, switches, contactors, relays, MCBs, rewinding of fan motor will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

(vi) It is responsibility of contractor to engage required manpower as per requirement and take necessary measures to run the equipment in event of breakdown to the satisfaction of user and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Considering the sensitive nature of installation the contractor shall always be in a position to make alternate standby arrangement in case of break down. Contractor shall keep his spares ready in advance for carrying out repairs without any delay. Any break down shall be attended within 2 Hrs and defects shall be rectified within 24 Hrs of time otherwise a recovery of Rs 2000/Hr along with cost of perished storage products due to non-functional of equipment shall be attributed to contractor without any further claim. The cost for same is deemed to be included in scope of item. The labour charges for fixing, commissioning, testing of new spares including diamantling old units is included in the quoted rate.(Each job per each dehumidifier unit for 03 months and breakdown call will be measured and paid seperately).
