Repair/Maint to servo stabilizer, UPS/inverters and other E/M equipments at AOR of command HQs and other locations under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

M&L for dehydration & filtration of voltage stabilizer by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note : (i) The filtration of the voltage stabilizer oil shall be carried out at different locations of GE (U) Udhampur (ii) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor . (iii) Oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply & toping up of new voltage stabilizer oil (in sealed barrel) conforming to IS 335 std having dielectric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Make : Savita/Castrol/Power True/Truoil.

M & L for rewinding 433 Volts LV coils of voltage stabilizer of using proper size super enameled copper wire suitable for working voltage 1.1 KV including three layer insulated material as per existing size of core including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- NOTE :- i). Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. iii). The rate for taking out,refixing after repair, both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer by crane /manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts as per existing make and model, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), as per existing make and model, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) as per existing make and model, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronous motor from the voltage stabilizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (3 Kgs.)with copper wound RC, single phase 230 Volts as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronous motor from the voltage stabilizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (10 Kgs.) with copper wound , RC, single phase 230 Volts as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronous motor from the voltage stabilizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor (20 Kgs.) with copper wound RC, single phase 230 Volts as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Transformer suitable for 20 to 50 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
