Dismantling the existing RCC for the required width & depth as per the instructions of Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged glazed doors & windows including removal of frames, hinges & fastenings, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, devolution to stores, etc. complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster and providing plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete. excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement.

Removing the spalled / distressed concrete for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Micro Concrete for RCC wall with shuttering a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with siutable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c) Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d) Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (interior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (exterior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 screed concrete for floor using OP cement with 12mm chips for 50mm thickness machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position of new anodised aluminium windows of approved manufacture with aluminium 65x38x2.50 mm as main outer frame and inner frame with section 62x30x1.50 mm for top sides and bottom and shutter frame with section 39x19x1.50 mm for vertical plain inter lock and bottom etc including all fittings/ fixture confirming to relevent IS to ensure smooth operation and glazzed with 4 mm plain glass panels as sliding type as per instruction's of site Engineer, rubber linig with standard hardwares such as special wheel maruthi lock 'U' Rubber beading screws, join cleats etc., including cost of all material, lead lift, transporting including the dismantling existing broken glasses and damaged aluminium shutter from the window and devoluting the same to the stores etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of aluminium framed and panelled door with 12mm thick prelaminated Medium density fiber (MDF) at bottom and 5.5mm thick plain glass at Top using aluminium door frame of size 100mmx45mmx2mm and shutter frame of size 45mmx45mm for sides, top& middle and 100mmx45mm at bottom and confirming to relevant IS including all fittings and furniture's, floor spring, handle, cost of all materials, labour charges, fixing, finishing etc., complete.

Dismantling and fixing Terrace flooring (weathering course) with one course of pressed tiles 200x200x20mm over CM 1:3, 20mm thk. mixed with crude oil 10% by weight of cement and pointing with the same oiled mortar with required slope over RCC roof slab including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Writing of letter painting in the outer wall with two coat of enamel paint for background and writing letters of size 15cm bordering allround including cost of paint, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
