M&L of Earth pit of size (45 x 45 x 45 cm) concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick including cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C both ways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of old unserviceable earthing of any type and any position repair /replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32 x 6mm , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke andcommon salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 3 here-in-before but galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick with galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia and earth lead protected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light gradeand earth pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 3 here-in-before but copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick with 20x3mm copper strip and 32mm dia GI pipe (light grade) protection pipe and earth pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable single pointed/ multi spikes air termination rod of any size from its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Copper air termination rod 16mm dia 1 Mtr long with accessories to fix at the existing position, top of roof level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper air termination rod 16mm dia and 1.0 Mtr Copper lightning arrester (5 Spike) including poviding with accessories to fixed at the existing position top of the roof level etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable lightining arrestor continuity conductor of any size from the existing position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lightining arrestor earth continuity conductor made of Stranded Copper Wire conductor of size 12 mm dia in between lightning arrestor with fixing accessories such as 8 mm wire clamp on its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI pipe from its existing position for necessary repair /replacement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Pipe of 40mm dia "medium grade" suitable for holding Lightening arrestor incl. fixing accessories such as clamps/Nut Bolts and 4mm dia GI wire to its existing position complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Earth continuity conductor made of copper /alluminium strip of any size from its existing postion ( i.e. from roof/wall) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead made of Aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm as roof conductor/down conductor above ground level/ burried in ground fixed with saddles (made of Porcelain / PVC ) and screws at a distance 30 cm complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All same as item No-14 here-in-before but with Copper strip of six 20x3.15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair for porcelain post insulators of size 25mm long for fixing of aluminium strips/GI strips/ Copper strip for roof conductor and down conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phsphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw including dismantling of the same etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flame proof point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one one way flame proof switch, drawn in and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit pipe of dia ( 20mm) complete with all flame proof fitting accessories, junction box etc incl one FRLS PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire connected to main earth dolly , including matching the disturbed surface with cement work and white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair switch flame proof rotary type termination box in LM6,16 Amps,single pole 250 volts with all accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Flameproof LED tube light fitting type FIAMMA II of 2x20 watt including LED tube rod 20 watt and all accessories pre-wired and incl. connecting up with flame proof twin core twisted flexible copper conductor with suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair LED Flame proof wellglass luminaire suitable for 60 watt die cast aluminium housing with heat resistance toughened glass IP 65 protection incl. connecting up with flame proof twin core twisted flexible copper conductor with suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair bulk head fitting type 1x10Watt made up corrission resistant unbrekable polycarbonate housing factual impact dust and water resistant luminaries complete all as directed. Make - HPL Cat part No HLPLEDBH10W(CW) or equivalent make of Bajaj/Beliga/Crompton.

Taking down serviceable/unserviceable MCB DB etc for necessary repair/replacement and re use complete all as specified and directed. by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB TPN,made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail , 415Volts 4 way double door confirming to IP-54. Make : Legrand /L&T/Schiender/ Indoasian / Havells/ Standard.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN DB 8 way made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,230 Volts with Double door. Make : Legrand /L&T/ Schiender/ Indoasian / Havells/ Standard.

M & L for Sub main wiring with two single core multistranded copper cable of 4.0 Sq.mm & one solid copper cable of 4 Sq.mm for contineuous earth wire both PVC insulated & un- sheathed drawn through and including ERW Steel conduit pipe Heavy duty of 25 mm dia complete with all accessories or to be fixed on wall respectively including white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ERW steel conduit pipe heavy duty of 25 mm dia including all fixing arrangement fixed on wall under floors wall for protection of wire and drawing exsisting wirecomplete all as specified and directed.

Servicing/ Trouble shooting and repair of AMF panel of DG Sets of any rating 3 phase 415 volts,50HZ,AC supply and including checking the serviceability of individual components, cleaning/ tightening of loose connections,including replacement of minor parts like jumper connecting cables,connectors,lugs fasteners etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts required to make serviceable of AMF panel shall be measured & paid separately under relavent item.

Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of Maintenance free chemical earthing of Advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper Coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm &3Meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A) additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be The highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7with 25kg each bag &resistivity should be 0.05 ohm meter. The job includes digging th pit and refilling the same by fursecem Back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having mixed with 3:1 cement , a conductive concrete is formed. The earth pit should provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT -205 for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM- a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ration chemical compound with the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make : ABB FurseCEM as per RB 336 or equivalent. Each earth pit should contain:- 1.) 1 no. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel, 17. 2 mm dia , 3 meter length. 2.) Rod to tape clamp (type A). 3.) 25kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7. 4.) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000kg weight load capacity. Note:- Supply and installation need to be done by ABB authorised system intrigrator , SATCOM.
