Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. 12 mm cement plaster of mix in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting (two or more coats) with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Providing and fixing mild steel grill gate as per the detailed drawing including hinges, locking arrangements and painting in three coats of oil paint of approved colour and shade etc. complete.(weight 18 kg. to 20 kg. Steel work in welded in built up tubular sections ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position for all heights and levels and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & 2 or more coats of approved shade enamel paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete with Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing, fabricating, hoisting and erecting in position structral steel works in welded in built up sections comprising of trusses, lattice girders, brackets, columns, bracing and other connected steel work with necessary joists, channels, angles L-sections, plates, chequered plates , gusset plates, rivots, chemical anchor fastners , bolts, nuts, washers, including cutting, welding, for all heights and levels in all type of structural steel with applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel with 2 or more coats of approved shade enamel paint etc. as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete, with a cost of steel primer and 2 or more coats of enamel paint as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self appingscrews of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Gutter (600 mm over all girth)
