WORK OF REPAIRING AND REPLACEMENT OF 245KV ISOLATOR (STANDARD/TANDOM) OF 500 MVA ICT-I BAY AT 400 KV S/S MOTIRAM ADDA, GORAKHPUR UNDER ELECTRICITY 400 KV SUB STATION DIVISION GORAKHPUR.

Replacement of low rating (1000 A) 220 KV Standard type Bus isolator jaw & blade of 500 MVA ICT-I Bay. Work included dismentling of all three phase from structure and a new high rating (2500 A) isolator jaw & blade Erected to place of old isolator with fixing PI and base chanel. All isolator accessories i.e. jaw, blade, base chanel, PI etc provided by department. Checking Open - Close of isolator for smooth operation. And T & P required for the job will be provided by the firm.

Replacement of damaged GI pipe with MOM box (E/S& BSI) to earth switch rotary part by means of welding process of LV side (220 KV) 500 MVA ICT -I Bay, with all cost of men, welding machnie etc.

Replacement of damaged gear assembly, connection link rod by new ones then alignment & setting the gears for smooth and frictionless operation of each operating mechanism of 500 MVA ICT-I, LV side (220KV) Tandom Isolator.

Replacement of defective AC/DC control switches, 220V DC contactors and 0.8-1.6Amp thermal overload relays of 220KV Side earth switch MOM boxes installed in the switchyard, then complete rewiring of the control & power circuit for motorised operation of the earth switches as & when required with all cost of men, material T&P etc required for the completion of work.
