Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately for the applicable.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only. More details should be collected from the office at working hours.

Past Experience

The tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at least one Drilling of borewell Work of value not less than Rs.6.00 lakhs. by officer equillent and not below the rank of E E/Head of ULB and certified by any gazetted officer

Valid Civil Contractor Registration Certificates Karnataka Public works, ports and inland transport dept. KPWD.

PWD Registration Certificate (Class I/II/III/IV)

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.3.05 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

Line of Credit

The bidder should have owned/leased high power borewell rig and supporting vehicle with valid 7(A) Registration certificate issued by the Geologist of the ground water department.

Financial Status

The tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.12.00 Lakhs.
