Schedule-I : Engineering Services
Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing: Conducting route survey of the Bihpuria Town as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge, showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & existing Intake/ Deep tube well, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, .shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- Entire water supply scheme under AMRUT 2.0 avoiding duplicity of Household Connection of Water Supply already provided by schemes other than AMRUT 2.0 & Hydraulic Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications and modelling of proposed water supply main lines, distribution system, and structural Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications of components (if any) included in proposed water supply system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer and after approval shall be executed for entire project area.
Schedule-II : Intake Tube wells and Submersible Pumps
A) Design, installation, development, testing and commissioning of Deep Tube well of size 200mm X 300mm with ERW MS perforated pipe casing including supplying all materials, including Transportation of drilling rig and equipment, erection at site, setting the work and dismantling after completion of the work including temporary accommodation for the drilling personnel as directed and specified, Pilot boring with 80 mm dia size. Supplying, Lowering & sinking of well assembly including welding of pipe joints for 200mm, 300mm dia ERW M.S. casing pipe and 200mm dia. M.S. strainer pipe including supplying M.S. Collar of suitable size made out of 40mm diaX 6 mm thick M.S. Flat by cutting, welding and tuning etc. all complete as required and as directed. Fabrication and supplying of M.S. Cone of 300mm dia 1.00m long .Supplying and packing pea gravel around the periphery of casing .Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor all complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
B) ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS FOR DEEP TUBWELL:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Proposed Deep Tube well Submersible Pump 15 HP, 15.19 LPS, 38 Mtr Head, ( 1 Nos) including all necessary electrical and other installation works (Pump and Motor MOC and other parameters comply to Technical Specification) with suction HDPE Pipe, DI piping for delivery with flanges, DI sluice valve, DI reflux valve etc, pressure gauge, steel rope for pulling etc. Design, supply, administrative cost and charges, erection, testing and commissioning of 25 KVA Transformer (per tube well location) with DP Structure, 3 phase, 11/0.433 kV, 50 Hz., Mineral oil immersed and naturally cooled outdoor type, Aluminium wound delta/star type as per IS:1180 (part 1) : 2014. D. P. Structure includes R.S.J. Pole 2 Nos. of size 100 x 116 mm x 11 Mtr., Distribution Box of C.R.C.A. Sheet 16 SWG with 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amps as incomer & 6 Nos. 63 Amps MCCB for out going circuits (one circuit spare), A. B. Switch 200 Amps, D.O. fuse Set & L.A. Set, A.B. Switch handle etc. D.P. Structure in c.c. foundation, Copper coated GI Pipe/Plate Earthing at least 6 Nos (40 mm dia, 3 Mtr). Supply & erection of LT panel with suitable size MCCB from transformers with MCB/MCCB & DOL/Star Delta starter with EMPR for motor protection. (DOL up to 7.5HP and Star Delta up to 30 HP ). Also have Spare MCB of 16 amp (2 Nos). The panel should be SCADA Compatible with power analyser and can be operated remotely from SCADA System. Providing and extending earthing to all electrical & Mechanical equipment from transformer thru 25x3 GI Strip. Supplying, lying & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3/3½/4 core aluminium conductor with continuous 12 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe for all equipment as per std and IE Rules. Providing and erecting Heat shrinkable indoor/outdoor termination kit for 11 kV ( E ) XLPE HT cable. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware. Providing internal and External Lighting with concealed PVC pipe (20mm), flexible single core copper wire for tube well room along with Switch boards, normal sockets, LED lighting for indoor and outdoor. All the Electromechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and Clients Requirement (Note:- 2 New DTW were proposed but one DTW work is going on under SOPD. Any work which is not considered in SOPD as per above description, need to be executed under Amrut 2.)
Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main
DI - K9 Pipes for Raw water Pipes and Specials: - Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of raw water transmission main of Supply, delivery & Stacking of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K9, and P 1.0 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-9 suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per IS 8329:2000. including third party inspection (Pre and Post) including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved grade excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , reinstating of road, Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements, hydro-testing complete for Rising main as per Technical Specifications and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule IV : Proposed Water Treatment Plant (1.25 MLD)
A) Civil works for Proposed WTP: Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Complete Water Treatment Plant of capacity 1.25 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Aeration, Rapid mixing flash mixer (MSEP), Sedimentation & Filtration followed by disinfection Auto Chlorination system (Pre & Post) fixing and installation up to commissioning with construction of RCC Chlorine Room of minimum 14 Sqm.as per instruction of the Engineer - in -Charge at the WTP Location, including all necessary Mechanical Work suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant, Provision for Back Washing, Chemical house with Laboratory Facility including laboratory equipment and having provision for one Water Works Office and Storage accommodation, filter back wash water tank, sludge disposal system, recycling of back wash water, all internal connection & by-pass piping system including all internal and external electrification work for compound lighting etc., back wash water pump with necessary piping work etc., and including Internal electrification work (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Design and Construction of pure water sump of required capacity & pump house having all appurtenances & provision for all inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement; calibrated water level indicator; Air Vent Pipe; Men Hole with Cover; CI Lugs inside the sump etc., and complete finishing of the pump room having steel casement window / ventilator, MS Rolling Shutter, C.C. flooring with metallic concrete hardener, internal electrification (with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR NEW PROPOSED WTP:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Proposed 1.25 Mld Treated Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) of 10 HP, 16.15 LPS, 30 Mtr Head, 3 nos. (2 working + 1 standby) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/ Matharon/Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve, Air Valve for Rising main etc., WTP Components like Flash Mixer 1.5m Dia x 1.8m Deep (or size as per drawing), MOC: MSEP, Lime & Alum dosing agitator, MOC: MSEP, Filter underdrain System with a. Concrete Tee @ 300 C/C b. PVC Laterals with end cap c. Air Header d. Rubber seal e. Header clamps. Chlorination System (1 working +1 Standby) Vacuum Based of Capacity 0-5 Kg/Hr. along with Accessories like Yoke Assembly, Auxiliary Container Valve/Manifold Valve/Isolation Valve, Vacuum Regulator, Remote Ejector, Booster Pump , Vacuum Tubing, Valves and Piping, PVC Piping, Chloro Filtra Systems Etc. Supply & Erection of spirally welded M.S./GI Pipes & Specials as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504 with DI Valves as per IS 4985 / 1988, for WTP & for Filter Bed, Clear water Sump, Backwash piping, Air Blower, Settling Tank, ESR etc. All piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydro Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specification. Air Blower with motor( Twin lobe type). Capacity -1200 M3/hr. Pressure- 0.4 Kg/cm2 & 30-40 HP/1500RPM IE-2 Electric Motor. Supplying and Erection of Lifting equipment chain block pulley with travelling trolley with 6 mtr lift for clear water pump and blower. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
C) ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR NEW PROPOSED WTP :- Design, administrative cost and charges, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 160 KVA Transformer with DP Structure (Two Nos 1 working + 1 standby) 3 phase, 11/0.433 kV, 50 Hz., Mineral oil immersed and naturally cooled outdoor type, copper wound delta/star type as per IS:1180 (part 1) : 2014. D. P. Structure includes R.S.J. Pole 2 Nos. of size 100 x 116 mm x 11 Mtr., Distribution Box of C.R.C.A. Sheet 16 SWG with 4 Pole MCCB 400 Amps as incomer & 6 Nos. 200 Amps MCCB for out going circuits, A. B. Switch 200 Amps, D.O. fuse Set & L.A. Set, A.B. Switch handle etc. D.P. Structure in c.c. foundation, Copper coated GI Pipe/Plate Earthing at least 8 Nos (40 mm dia, 3 Mtr). Supply & erection of LT panel with suitable size Incomer MCCB from transformers, DG Set & Bus coupler. Pumps feeders supplied with MCB/MCCB & DOL/Star Delta/Soft starter with EMPR for motor protection. (DOL up to 7.5HP and Star Delta up to 35 HP and Soft starter above 50 HP). Also have Spare MCB of 16 amp (4 Nos) and 32 amp (2 Nos). The panel should be SCADA Compatible with power analyser and can be operated remotely from SCADA System. APFC Panel : Suitable Rating of KVAR capacity 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Contactor Logic & Intelligent Relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP/MPP type capacitor units with Detuned (harmonic filter) reactors of suitable rating and compliance to IEC 61439 and power quality IEC 61921 standard. Providing and extending earthing to all electrical & Mechanical equipment from transformer thru 25x3 GI Strip. Supplying, lying & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3/3½/4 core aluminium conductor with continuous 12 SWG G.I. earth wire complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe for all equipment as per std and IE Rules. Providing and erecting Heat shrinkable indoor/outdoor termination kit for 11 kV ( E ) XLPE HT cable. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware. Supply erection testing and commissioning of Diesel generating set & suitable AMF Panel with alternator of 100 kVA output continuous rating, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50c/s 0.8 p. f. A.C supply, a totally enclosed air cooled / liquid cooled multi-cylinder diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm with 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours. Providing internal and External Lighting with concealed PVC pipe (20mm), flexible single core copper wire along with Switch boards, normal sockets, power sockets, LED lighting, Street lighting, Fans, Exhaust fans for WTP Building and premises. Also Considering the load sanctioning Charges for APDCL. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
D) INSTRUMENTATION WORKS FOR NEW PROPOSED WTP :- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PH+Turbidity Meter for WTP inlet and PH+Turbidity+Resedual Chlorine Analyser for WTP outlet water parameter measurement. Supply and installation of Ultrasonic Level meter for Pure water Tank and ESR Tank. Supply and Erection of Electromagnetic Flow Meter for ESR outlet of proper sizing. Supply and Erection of signal Cables for Technical Specification wherever required. All the Instrumentation works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
Schedule V: Balance Work of under construction 1.05 Mld Existing WTP:
A) Design, supply, construction, of Balance Work of installation, testing and commissioning of incomplete WTP of capacity 1.05 MLD (in 16 hours of operation and with raw water from underground source) including providing and applying whitewash and colour wash of existing WTP buildings. Providing, fixing and repairs of existing buildings. Proving, fixing and repairs of doors and windows with painting, providing and applying epoxy paint, Providing GI pipe railing wherever required, Providing and laying ceramic tiles to aerators, Providing and supplying MS pipe of various dia wherever required, Providing and fixing aluminium windows, Providing and supplying Rapid gravity sand filter media etc. all complete, and any other works as directed and specified by Engineer in charge/ employer.
B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR EXISTING u/c WTP:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Existing WTP Treated Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) of 10 HP, 22.5 LPS, 25.5 Mtr Head, 3 nos. (standby) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/ Matharon/Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve, Air Valve for Rising main etc. Replacement of non working sluice valve and non return valve if any. Supplying and Erection of other WTP Components like Chlorination System (1 Working) Vacuum Based of Capacity 0-5 Kg/Hr. along with Accessories like Yoke Assembly, Auxiliary Container Valve/Manifold Valve/Isolation Valve, Vacuum Regulator, Remote Ejector, Booster Pump , Vacuum Tubing, Valves and Piping, Chloro Filtra Systems Etc. Supply & Erection of spirally welded M.S./GI Pipes & Specials as per IS - 3589 and IS-5504, for WTP & for Filter Bed, Clear water Sump, Backwash piping, against replacement, degraded pipes or additional piping if required. Air Blower with motor( Twin lobe type). Capacity -1000 M3/hr. Pressure- 0.4 Kg/cm2 & 25-40 HP/1500RPM IE-2 Electric Motor. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
C) ELECTRICAL WORKS FOR EXISTING u/c WTP:- Design, administrative cost and charges, Supply & erection of single LT panel for complete plant with Suitable capacity of incomer MCCB from transformer. Pumps feeders with MCB/MCCB & DOL/Star Delta/Soft starter with EMPR for motor protection. (DOL up to 7.5HP and Star Delta up to 35 HP and Soft starter above 50 HP). Panel should include the Spare MCB feeder 16 amp (2 Nos) and 32 amp (2 Nos). The panel should be SCADA Compatible with power analyser and can be operated remotely from SCADA System. APFC Panel : Suitable Rating of KVAR capacity 440 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Contactor Logic & Intelligent Relay micro APFC passive filter panel, consisting of suitable steps of APP/MPP type capacitor units with Detuned (harmonic filter) reactors of suitable rating compliance to IEC 61439 and power quality IEC 61921 standard. Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) GI sheet of 150 mm width & 75 mm height complete with necessary coupler plates & hardware wherever required. Replacement and repair work of lighting and wiring works in existing WTP building. All the Electrical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule VII : Elevated Service Reservoirs
Elevated Service Reservoir :-Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1(One) Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular/Rectangular shape, RCC framed staging and 700 cum capacity and minimum 20.00 m staging height at locations under the command areas to be served. Reservoirs have RCC pile Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, RCC spiral case from GL to top of roof, M.S. ladder with guard ring, RCC ventilator, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified including construction of operator room and compound wall in the premises and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
Schedule VIII : Distribution Network
A) DI - K7 Pipes for Distribution network:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supply, delivery, Stacking, laying, Trial run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system.
