Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS size HBG metal from approved Quality including all cost of materials of site all Labour charges and conveyance etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in the cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement Five sand) mix using well burnt country bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x2¾” from approved quarry including all cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labours charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of cuddapa slab of 50mm thick including all cost of materials and all labour charges etc complete.,

Weathering course with brick jelly concrete using 20mm gauge broken brick jelly mixed with slacked lime concrete 1:3 including all cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Finishing the roof with best 20 x 20 x 2 cm hydraulic pressed tiles with 1:3 c.m. pointing with the same mortar including all cost etc., complete.

Plastering with c.m. 1:3 (one cement and threesand) 10mm thick including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with c.m. 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with c.m. 1:4 (one cement and four sand) 20mm thick including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Dadooring the walls with glazed square tiles of 150mm x 150mm x 6mm of the following colour set in in Cement Mortar 1:2 10mm thick and pointed with white cement @ 0.4kg/m2 in all floors as directed etc., complete complying with standard specification (S.D. 261A)
