M&L for cutting down plants/trees of upto 10cm girth and applying ROUNDUP/GLYPOCET or equivalent (Herbal medicine) to roots of roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg chajjas, wall junctions, at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junction including taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the GI/CI/ACC/PVC pipe joints of that affected locations after applying herbal medicine making good to suit the adjoining surfaces shall be carried out using PCC (1:2:4) type 'B1' or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto a height of 7.00m from the ground level all as directed and as specified.
