M & L for fixing in repair of single pole DO fuse assembly 11000 volts, 100 Amps including taking down, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing in repair of switch air break , gang operated, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism working from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps , 11000 volts all as specified and directed .

M & L for fixing in repair of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete, including taking down all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover,but class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade 'E', cross sectional area 400 sq. mm, 3 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration and Filtration of transformer oil through online method of transformers of different capacities through stream line filter unit to increase di-electric strength (BDV) of transformer oil not less then 50 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap including topping up transformer oil to the required level as indicated to each transformer and testing, transformer oil before and after filtration submission of records of test in duplicate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately

S & F Transformer oil confirming to IS 335/93 grade suitable to topping up of transformers and OLTC tank through stream line filters, dehydrated after checking BDV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacing silica gel as in rtepair from air breather container clear view type of good quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for fixing in repair synthetic insulation mat of 2.0 mX1.0 m, 2.5mm thick suitable for 11000 Volts Electric Supply as per IS 15652-2006 standard complete after removing the wornout rubber mat all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for fixing in repair power pack unit with input voltage of 230VAC or 110 VAC single phase 50 Hz and output of 110V DC, 30Wsec (stored) and 110V DC, 75 W(Non stored) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting the transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour smoke gray including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces painting with two coats of supper enameled paint for 160 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spread of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning in cluding levelling, compacting complete all as directed & as specified .

M & L for opening the cover of RMU 11 KV servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (male and female ), insulation tubes including other connected items for function of RMU , lamp indicators ,meters tripping coil , caliberation of over load protection relay , time delay relay /earth fault relay etc . Clening the fixed and moving contact inside the VCBs properly , checking of spring charging mechanism, servicing and graesing all movable machanisum , replacement of defective fuses , wiring, spares and reassembling and testing and serviceability check from remote operation upto satisfaction complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instruction.

M & L for opening the cover of VCBs/Bus coupler 11 KV and servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (male and female ),insulation tubes including other connected items to functional of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters tripping coil , caliberation of over load protection relay , time delay relay /earth fault relay etc . Clening the fixed and moving contact inside the VCBs properly , checking of spring charging mechanism, servicing and graesing all movable machanisum , replacement of defective fuses , wiring, spares and reassembling and testing and serviceability check from remote operation upto satisfaction complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instruction.

Supply and fix in repair for Current transformer, cast resin type 150-75/5/5 A, suitable for existing 11 KV panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vacuum Interrupter of 11 KV suitable for indoor VCB as per sample Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair HRC fuse link suitable for 11 KV grade PT of indoor VCB upto 3.15 Amps as per sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing/ testing/calibration of HT 11 KV relays ensuring of breaker tripping through relay by simulation CDG CDD complete for one panel complete such as Master trip relay, auxilary relay etc complete all as specified and as per TNEB setting parameters as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing/ testing/calibration of LT 440 Volts relays ensuring of breaker tripping through relay by simulation CDG CDD complete of ACBs of capacity 4000/3200/1600/800 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
