Malemine polish to be done on complete wooden work i/c labour, material, carving work T&P complete and as per direction of engineer in charge.

P&F Mortice lock with pair of CP handles with necessary screws of approved make, design and finish etc complete in all respect i/c labour, material, labour, T&p, transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F of wooden wall panelling having batten grid at 600mm c/c both ways (batten made of 19mm block board, batten size 38x38mm) fixed on wall face in proper line and level secured and screwed in wall at each joint with packing of board/ply for keeping the pannels in line and level, with 19mm block board on face(Mica and malemine will be paid seperately)

P/F of synthetic high density grass door mat of approved colour with density 13650/m2,base made of PP cloth and SBR latex double layer, size approx 4'x2' complete as per direction of E/I

P/F cream coloured aliminium sliding windows made of 10 gauge domal section 4'' thick with two sliding glass pannels having 5mm thick glass and one ss mesh pannel. Pannels should be 1'' thick. Section used should be anodised by approved anodiser. The window should have proper sliding facility with locking mechanism. window should be fixed usin ISI grade hold fasts, screws and rawl plugs etc complete with granite frame approx 6 nos. and fine finished with all required fittings, locks and handles. The section should be cutted with machine not manually and sealed properly with silicon tape as per direction of Engineer incharge

P/F of Aldrop of size approx 14" made of SS with necessary screws of approved make, design and finish etc. complete i/c material, labour, T&P, transportation complete as per direction of E/I

P/F of chair loose cover for chair seat and back of chair size upto 22x23x47" of good quality cotton fabric and shade as approved by direction of engineer in charge
