M&L Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified & directed

M&L rendering/plastering, 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction or not less than 3% by weight of cement which ever is more on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of SWT walls and base and applying two coats of polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane coating specially formulated for concrete and masonry surface supplied in ready mix kit of make Dr Fixit (Pidifin 2k) or other equivalent make as approved by GE with coverage rate of 2 Kg/sqm complete all as specified & directed

M&L Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white lime wash (white washing) on walls including corneces, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc, complete all as complete all as specified and directed.
