Outsourcing of services for running, operation, and maintenance of the following water supply installations independently for pumping, supply and distribution of potable water at various pockets of ITR and comrising of equipments, machinery, pipe lines etc as mentioned below and in one shift of 8 hours each per installation on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterrupted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
1. Details of installations at Site 'A' Pump House are as under:- (a) Submersible pump & motor of any capacity upto 15HP of Make: KSB or equivalent and installed in deep tube well including column pipes, valves, pipe line, tripod stand, chlorinator, bleaching dozer etc and other accessories. (b) LT Control Panel Board and connected accessories. 2. Details of installations at Site 'B' Pump House are as under:- (a) Submersible pump & motor of any capacity upto 15HP of Make: KSB or equivalent and installed in deep tube well including column pipes, valves, pipe line, tripod stand, chlorinator, bleaching dozer etc and other accessories. (b) LT Control Panel Board and connected accessories. 3. Details of installations at LC-II Pump House are as under:- (a) Submersible pump & motor of any capacity upto 15HP of Make: KSB or equivalent and installed in deep tube well including column pipes, valves, pipe line, tripod stand, chlorinator, bleaching dozer etc and other accessories. (b) Booster pump comprising of Monoblock Pumps 10 HP including under ground sump etc. (c) LT Control Panel Board and connected accessories. (d) DG Set of capacity 20KVA (canopy type).
4. Details of installations at LC-III Pump House are as under:- (a) Submersible pump & motor of any capacity upto 15HP of Make: KSB or equivalent and installed in deep tube well including column pipes, valves, pipe line, tripod stand etc and other accessories. (b) Booster Pumps comprising of Mono block Centrifugal pump of capacity 10 HP, chlorinator, bleaching doser, valves, semi underground sump of capacity 50000 Gln and all connected accessories. (c) LT Control Panel Board and connected accessories. 5. Details of installations at LC-I Pump House are as under:- (i) Centrifugal pump capacity 400 LPM at 45 m head coupled with Kirloskar make electric motor capacity 10 HP or equivalent. (ii) LT Control Panel Board and connected accessories. (iii) Underground sump of capacity 10000 Gln, connected pipe lines, valves. (iv) DG Set of capacity 20KVA (canopy type).
Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and oeration of installation: Main Receiving Station (MRS) in ITR Technical Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in 3 shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Saturdays / Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Details of installations at MRS building are as under :- Main receiving station with 33 KVA /11 KV take over point comprising of following equipments. (a) HT 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA Transformers - 2 Nos with connected accessories. (b) HT 11 KV VCB Make-CG/Areva -12 Nos with tripping relays and all connected items. (c) HT automatic voltage regulator 11 KV 3 Phase 50 cycles 2000 KVA capacity, Make-Andrew yule & co - 01 No. (d) MD Controller and other control and monitoring devices. (e) Earthing including all accessories. (f) Lightening protection system including earthing. (g) Transformer 500 and 100 KVA step down indoor type 11000/433 KV including ACB / LT Control Panels, Copper / GI earthing etc complete. (h) DG sets of capacity 250 KVA - 2 Nos (one trolly mounted) and 20 KVA (canopy type) - 1 No.
Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and oeration of installation: EOT and HOT Cranes in ITR Technical Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in 1 shift of 8 hours each on all days including Saturdays & Excluding Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Details of EOT / HOT Cranes are as under :- "(a) EOT overhead travelling cranes, dust proof pendent push button operated ,double girder and trolly mounted type floor operated indoor type class-1 confirming to IS 3177/IS807 suitable for a span of11.4 meters incarporated with a hoist cross travers driven to suit a clear lift of 5 mtr with trusters brake etc. complete of 5ton capacity. Make-M/S Crane Ltd at following technical area." "(i) One No. in missile assy Building. (ii) One No. in vehicle integration building . (iii) One No. in rocket motor assy building . (iv) One No. in inspection and storage building ." (b) All as per item no. (a) above but flame proof and suitable span of 15.4 meter. (i) One No. in oxidiser garrage. (c ) All as per item No. (a) here in before but with electromagnetic brakes, 2 Ton capacity Make-Cranes Ltd at following Locations. (i) One No. in 19 A for ADRE "(d) Hand operated over head travelling crane indoor type with double girder with fittings and fixtures, 3 Ton capacity 14.4 meters span height of lift 5 m Make-M/S Crane Ltd. at following technical area ." (i) One No. in fuel transfer shed . "(e) Hand operated over head travelling crane indoor type with double girder with fittings and fixtures, 2 Ton capacity 14.7 meters span height of lift 5 m Make-M/S India equipment manufacturer company Kolkata at following locations ." (i) One No. in workshop building and one No. in AC magzine. "(f) EOT overhead travelling cranes 2 Ton capacity to operate on a span of 10 m with a hock height of 6 m double box girder floor operated with pendent control. Make-M/S TOJYM at the following locations."
Outsourcing of services for running, maintenance and oeration of installation: EOT and HOT Cranes in Launching Area comrising of equipment and machinery as given below in 2 shift of 8 hours each on all days including Saturdays & Excluding Sundays and holidays. The resources deployed to ensure uninterruted services shall be in accordance with the details given in PS and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(a) One No. in Akash Hanger (b) EOT overhead crane of 2 Ton capacity at LC -I (c) EOT overhead crane of 20 Ton capacity at 04 Bldg LC -III (d) EOT overhead crane of 20 Ton capacity at 05 Bldg LC -III (e) EOT overhead crane of 10 Ton capacity at 06 Bldg LC -III (f) EOT overhead crane of 10 Ton capacity at PJ-10 Bldg LC -III
NOTE- The rates quoted for operation and maintenance of installations will include the following :- (i) Providing optimum manpower. Minimum qualification of all the manpower employed will be ITI passed in respective field of work with minimum 3 years experience. The contractor will submit the details of manpower employed before commencement of work. (ii) Duty timings will be as follows. For round the clock duties: 1st shift - 06:00 - 14:00 Hrs, 2nd shift - 14:00 - 22:00 Hrs, 3rd shift - 22:00 Hrs - 06:00 Hrs. For General duty/one shift - 08:30 - 16:30 Hrs. Overtime duty will only be allowed during single shift / General duty after obtaining prior permission of Engr-in-charge against written certificate from users. Allowance of overtime hours will be calculated as per specified norms mentioned in particular specifications.Weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (iii) Cleaning of all equipments (Electrical and mechanical) and installations from inside and outside. (iv) Daily Check of DG Set as per manufacturer manual before starting the machine and ensure routine mainteneance including checking of water in radiator and topping up, checking of tightness of bolts ,nuts etc of coupling and other accessories, checking of fuel pipe line if leakng ,checking of battery sets of its specific gravity and replacing distilled water as as when required and maintaining records of operation,maintenance and check etc. (v) BLANK (vi) Daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste etc shall be provided by contractor at installations and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (vii) Area cleaning including cutting of grass, etc all around the installations as directed by Engr-in charge. (viii) Any abnormality observed to be immediately intimated to the maintenance team with intimation to the concerned MES Personnel / in charge.
(viii) Minimum required tools be always available with the operator (ix) Log sheets to be maintained regularly in binding book with respect to detailed parameters of power including details of FOL drawn consumed and balance all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (x) First aid box including medicines shall be kept in the installations (xi) DHPP will be issued under Sch 'B'.Free for filling. The contractor will collect Sch 'B' store from POL stores of MES office and deliver to site and no extra payment shall be made on this account . (xii) The Contractor shall arrange the empty Barrel for collection of DHPP. (xiii) All the personnel employed for operation and maintenance should be in proper uniform and safety outfits as per relevant norms. They may also be required to be deployed in any other locations other than mentioned above as per the site requirements and exigencies. (xiv) Attending telephone calls where telephone is available, logging the details of events and further taking necessary actions or communicating to concerned officials of MES and as directed by Engr-in-charge (xv) Maintaining records of operations and repairs as directed by Engr-in-charge and submitting details monthly and when called for. (xvi) The rates are deemed to include minimum fair wages, EPF, ECIS etc to paid to the employed personnel as per the rules enforced by the Govt time to time and payment of all taxes as per govt rule.
(xvii) Contractor shall also keep the sufficient stock of the following stores :- (a) All types of nuts, bolts, washers, screws and other fasteners. (b) All types of cable lugs thimbles, cable sockets ferrule, insulation tapes etc. (c) All kinds of working cable/wire for LT Panel wiring including lamps, insulation tape and non adhesive tape, fuse element etc. (d) Fabricating materials, cotton waste, brooms , torches, torch cells, ladder etc. (e) One set of tools and two sets of safety equipments and outfits as per the requirement of installation and works.(f) Any other spares, tools or works felt necessary for proper services as decided by Engr-in-charge and Garrison Engineer. (xviii) if any defect arises to any installation due to improper operation, negligence or poor maintenance, the contractor will be liable for making good of the defects. (xix) Projected number of shifts in the BOQ is tentative. The exact no of shits would be according to the no of shifts as per item description in the BOQ in concurrence with the period of work as will be mentioned in the subsequently placed work order.
