Supply,installation, commissioning ,design,engineering, manufacture, inspection,painting and testing complete with all accessories of transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA step down, outdoor floor mounted, double copper wound,3 Phase, 50 Hz, Oil immersed, ONAN confirming to IS-2026 including, external cooling tubes/radiator cores type having voltage ratio 33000/11000 volts (corresponding to principal tapping ) winding delta connecting on Primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on LV side and looping on HV side for contact output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (+) 5 to (-) 15% in equal steps of 1.25% to be changed by means of (OLTC) on load Tap Changer with RTCC and AVR. Supply , installation of RTCC panel with AVR and marshaling box . Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent.. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics :- (a)The transformer shall confirm to the latest edition of applicable standard as follows :- (i) IS-2026, for tests and tolerance of guarnteed Particulars, (ii) IS-3639 for Fitting and accessories (iii) IS2099 for Bushing >1000V (iv) IS-7421 for Bushing <1000v (v) IS-1271 for Electrical insulation classified by Thermal stability (b) Insulation Level KVp (i) HV-170 (ii) LV-75 (c) Insulation level (Power frequency one min withstand KVrms) (i) HV 70 (ii) LV-28 (d) Tapping Range -(+)5% to (-) 15% @1.25% (i) Tape Changer Type -On load Tap Changer +RTCC+AVR. AVR shall be communicable on ModBus protocol for SCADA integration. (v) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equilizer pipe connection to conservator air space (Pressure release device) (vi) Air relief plug. (vii) Shut off valve between the conservator and buchholz relay. (viii) Drain valve with threaded adopter. (f) Filter valve with threaded adopter (Top and bottom). (i) Wheels (ii) Rating plate and terminals marking plate. (iii) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV Side (iv) Hand hole sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (v) First filling of the transformer oil. (vi) Cover Lifting eyes. (vii) Double float Buchholz relay with trip and alarm contacts. (viii) 150mm dial type thermometer for winding temperature indicator, vapor pressure type with maximum reading pointer/Max temperature indicator and resetting device with alarm/trip contact (ix) 150mm dial type thermometer for oil temperature indicator with 02 sets of contacts for alarm and trip centigrade vapor pressure type with maximum reading pointer/Max temperature indicator and resetting device with alaram/trip contact . Accuracy class shall be +/-1% or better. (g) Maximum flux density in any part of the core and yoke at rated MVA with +12.5%combined voltage and frequency variation from rated voltage and frequency- 1.9 Tesla (h) The maximum flux density in any part of the cores and yoke at normal voltage and frequency shall not be more than 1.69 Tesla (j) Cost of construction of foundation including construction material and MS rail, necessary earth work and excavaton as per manufacturer design for power transformer complete all as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (i) Shut off valve between cooling tubes and tank. (ii) Pressure Release Valve (PRV) with one set of trip contact. (iii) Magnetic Oil gauage (MOLG) with one set of trip contact. NOTE:- (i) The oil temperature and winding temperature guages shall be housed in a marshaling box made up of MS sheet as per manufacturer recommendations with hinged door and having glass front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (ii) Following documents to be submitted for core before manufacturuing transformer: (a) Invoice of supplier (b) Mills test certificates (c) Packing list (d) Bill of lading (e) Bill of entry certificates by customs
M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to copper earth strip 25X3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete.
S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6 mm copper strip fixed to indicated situation for loop earthing as reqd beyond 7mtrs of each earthings. (Note:- Earth strip should be bonded with each other duly welded as directed.)

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc-proof Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel, rated for 11kV, min 630Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, comprising of 01 no. Incomer, 01no. Bus Coupler and 01 Nos. riser Outgoing fully encapsulated pole VCB Panels, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of min 630Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 02nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/GI sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting. The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility. License parter, system integrator, panel builder, half-panel concept etc is not allowed. The Board shall consist of following panels:- (a) 01 x Incomer Panel, each comprising of :- (i) 11kV, 630Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 01 Nos. encapsulated vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (30VDC) (ii) Current Transformers 11kV, 200/100-5-5, Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA. (iii) Potential Transformers, rear and bottom Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 03nos. (iv) Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04CT+03PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults:- (v) Over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, (vi) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (vii) tripping-circuit-failures The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage etc. and display the same locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. TCP/IP based WebHMI shall be integrated part of relay for remote setting without requiring any special relay software. NOTE :- The all above panel consist of the followings:- (ii) Adapter panel is required if new panel not matching existing panel make/designs and rates of adapter panel to be fabricated locally if required deemed to be included in above quoted rates. (e) The panel shall be complete with all allied items and accessories, including:- (i) Each VCB panel being floor-mounted, air-insulated, fully-compartmentalizeds The OEM shall supervise and certify the commissioning/charging of equipment. (ii) Complete panel will be integrated with SCADA (f) SCADA integration equipment including:- (i) All Multi-function-meters shall be connected in a ModBus loop terminating into 01No. ModBus-to-TCP/IP converter to be provided for sending data to SCADA console via networking switch. Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor arc-proof Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel, rated for 11kV, min 630Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, comprising of 01 no. outgoing, fully encapsulated pole VCB Panels, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of min 630Amp, continuous rated Copper busbars and droppers, 02nos. Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/GI sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting. The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber shall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own facility. License parter, system integrator, panel builder, half-panel concept etc is not allowed.
