Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing, false ceiling and toilet cubicles including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in- Charge. With 15 mm thick, light weight, smoke free, tegular edge integral densified false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm with non woven tissue on the rear side, with 50 mm thick rock wool of density 48 kg /cum backing shall be used to achieve NRC 0.9 (minimum). Note: Before placing the tiles, necessary tests shall be conducted and non wooven cloth & Rock wool should be of such properties to achieve the desired NRC of 0.9 with complete false ceiling system. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Removing of existing carpet tiles of any thickness i/c cleaning the surface for laying fresh carpet tiles etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of EIC i/c disposal of rubbish to the out side of New Terminal Building.

Providing & Fixing of carpet tiles of available size of Indian made with manufacturer specification, nylon 6, Tufted , Textured loop pile, tiles with protective treatment soil/stain resistant(AATCC 175-2008/ITTS 002, Smoke Density Test ASTM E662, with PVC Backing, 1/10, Loop Infinity, Pile Thickness 3 to 3.5 mm, SPI 10, density 5200-5500 gsm/cubic yard, 100% solution dyed, total thickness 5 mm((± 0.5 mm), Tufted Pile Weight 18 OZ/Sqyd, Light Fastness (AATCC 16 E), Static Electricity (AATCC 134 -1996), green label plus for indoor air quality (CA 01350), CRI Green label plus certificate, NSF 140 Gold Certified, Manufacturer should be USGBC LEED V4 GOLD for factory. Carpet tiles to be installed over existing cement based smooth surface. The carpet tiles shall be laid completely by using SR 505 or equivalent which a synthetic rubber based solvent containing contact adhesive for multipurpose application. The carpet tiles of make, size, pattern, colour etc. and adhesive as approved by EIC based on specification of this item, shall be supplied, installed etc. in all respect complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Credit to AAI for taking away existing old carpet tile removed under item no.3 . The material so received shall be the property of contractor. Derived amount shall be deducted from firm's bill amount).

Electricial works :

Supply of Recess mounted full glow type LED 2 ftX2 ft size fitting of maximum rated capacity of 36 Watt minimum lumen output 3420 lumens with metallic CRCA powder coated body, integrated driver and high efficiency diffuser,colour temp-5400 to 5700 suitable to operate on 230-240 V, 50 Hz AC supply complete as per technical specification etc. as required. Make Bajaj,model-BZRSQL 36 L LED GX WH or equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED Recess, etc of above fixtures with all accessories including nut bolt washer and hanging/fixing arrangements,required framing if required directly on existing in False ceiling / wall / surface/ cieling as including connection as per site requirement

Dismantling of the existing old Recess mounted LED tube light light, downlighter Fixture/ including shifting of the old light fixture in the safe manner from site to designated dismantle store of airport as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.(150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness)
