SITC of 1600 kVA, outdoor type, copper wound oil immersed, naturally cooled transformer complying with I.S.- 2026/1180 or its latest standard/code for distribution transformer , 3 phase having 11/0.433 kV ratio, delta/star connected with RTCC Panel, AVR and following standard accessories. Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling/along the wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity sandwich Type Rising mains for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50 HZ A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories made of 1.6 mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos. alluminium busbar having current density of 130A/sq.mm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every meter adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos. alluminium strip of suitable size(one on each side) including GI clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut bolt, spring washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on cable tray as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following sizes in existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required

Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials for following size of 3core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items

Buy back and dismantling of old existing oil cooled transformer 630 kVA -01no., 400 kVA – 02 nos. rating installed in institute premises. The firm has to dismantle, transport, and take back the existing transformers from the installation place. A detailed item list is prepared and submitted by the firm to issue gate pass to take the materials outside the institute. Format will be given by concerned Engineer In charge towards issue of gate pass. Make good if any things occurs during dismantling (personal safety gears, machinery, lifts, special tools etc.). Nothing will be paid extra on any account. The firm may physically inspect and check the existing transformers before quoting the price. Buy Back is mandatory
