Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only PVC coated chain link fencing mesh with 50mm mesh hole, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing mesh with 50mm mesh hole, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for rubber moulded 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratorymethod using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 400mmx400mmx12mmm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk no extra will be paid.

S&F Glass dividing strips 3mm thick, width 22 mm complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Serviceable stone obtained from demolition shall be used.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with Ultra Tech READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15mm is recommended to be applied in multiple layers, Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS-1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 Days-10-12 Mpa/ Bulk density 1500-1800 Kg/m3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 mtr height.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including post all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with 20mm garded stone aggregate in copings, apex stones, columns, posts, boundary pillars, frame of jallies etc and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L providing Stone jalies Jaisalmer type 48-50 mm thick and 60 cm high fixed in line including stone pillar having size 100 x 100 MM height 70 CM above runner fixed in cement mortar 1:4 fixed on stone runner beam (stone piller measured with Jali) including filling of joints with pigment of same colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L providing bottom runner stone beam (Jaisalmer type) fixed in line having size 100 x 200 MM fixed in cement mortar 1:4 and making ready for fixing of jaisalmer stone jalies and pillar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk no extra will be paid.

M&L for Jaisalmer stone for wall cladding (of any type) 20-25 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc .0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in wall including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for polished Jaisalmer Stone in floor/ shelves/ steps/ counter tops, 20-25 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS hollow rectangular/ square/ circular tubes/ pipes of YST 310 Grade as in frame work for roofs/ rafters/ purlins/chajjas/ trusses/ columns/ struts etc and like similar items etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for new framed work as in doors or gates of angle Fe-410 W ( Gde-E-250) quality B or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet used as sun-shades & in walls at certain places in repair to be fixed by done of 100mm grooves cutting with making good surface are inlcuding in the cost of item itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same.
