Material and labour for disconnection of inlet, outlet, and back wash connections from existing Iron Removal Plant, Pressure Feed Type with FRP/iron vesels [Comprising of 01 (One) No.Oxidation Plant of overall size 1000 mm dia. & 1500 mm Height, 01 (One) No.Pre Filter of overall size 1250 mm dia. & 1500 mm Height and 01 (One) No.Iron Removal Filter of overall size 1550 mm dia. & 1500 mm Height ] of 10000 GPH capacity, opening carefully the manhole/handhole covers, taking out old filteration media from inside the vessels and deposited at a distance n. exceeding 50 Metres, including cleaning the vessels internally by descaling washing down with water , including cleaning the external surfaces of vessels alongwith frontal pipings and inter connection pipings, through cleaning of external surfaces of vessels and writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high and drawing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc. with synthetic enamel paint [SM/MES No., Capacity, Location etc.], including recharging of Filteration Media as per OEM specifications and including reconnection of pipelines, refixing of manhole/handhole covers, testing and commissioning of IRP,complete all as specified and directed.[ at Pump House No.3 and Pump House No-11]

Removal of foreign matters, cleaning & washing properly , screening and grading of old gravels (Filteration Media) of size 40 mm to 50 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old serviceable Filtration Media obtained from Serial Item No. 1 to 03 here in before shall be prepared for re use.

Material and labour for demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonary or pipe supporting pillar, kerbs, apron laid in any motor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing cost iron butterfly valve 100mm nominal bore ISI marked complete including rubber/fiber board gasket , nuts, washers etc including taking down old unserviceable Butterfly valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 100mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber/fiber board gasket , nuts, washers etc including taking down old unserviceable sluice valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 80mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber/fiber board gasket , nuts, washers etc including taking down old unserviceable sulice valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of the filter pipe in shape (Inlet/outlet/washout connection) as per existing shape and size of 100 mm diameter MS pipe after making the pipe to the required shape of 'T', bend(90 deg and u bend collar as per requirement including refixing of flange at the ends and cutting the pipe to required shape with jointing materials and painting the line with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for water pressure gauge of 100 mm diameter dial type with range 0-30Kg/cm2 with pet cock in replacement of old unserviceable any type pressure gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 50mm bore gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union, including removing old unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 25mm bore gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union, including removing old unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,erection, installation, commissioning and testing of multigrade Iron Removal Plant complete with Pressure Filter, catelytic media, Air compressor, back washing facility including RCC foundation of capacity 10,000 gallon/hrs of following specifications:- (a) Oxidation Chamber of size 1000 mm dia,1200 mm straight height,total height 2260mm manufactured with mild steel work, shell thickness 6mm, dished ends thickness 6 mm, having media MnO2(50% purity), gravels & hardcoke-approx-1500 Kgs, suitable for working pressure 3 to 4 Kg/Cm2 duly painted internally with anti corrosive black bituminous paint and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer-01 No (b) Multigrade pre filter of shell dimension 2500 mm dia, 1500 mm straight height and 2700 mm total height ,MOC of shell mild steel, shell thickness 6 mm and dished ends thickness 12 mm, pipe line connection with 100 mm dia, control valves type butterfly of suitable size of comprising of pressure gauges of suitable capacity, two no sampling cock, air vent line with air relees valves , bed plate with strainers unit filled with filter( Zeofil, coarse sand of size 2.5 mm to 1.0 mm & gravels of size 40 mm to 3.0 mm) for a depth 1350 mm approx qty 174 Cft, having digital water flow meter, unit should have backwashing & rinsing facility etc complete unit should be capable for working pressure 3.0 to 5.0 kg/Cm2 duly painted internally with anti corrosive black bituminous paint and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer-01 No (c ) Iron removal filter of shell dimension 2300 mm dia, 1500 mm straight height and 2700 mm total height ,MOC of shell mild steel, shell thickness 6 mm and dished ends and bed plate thickness 10 mm, pipe line connection with 100 mm dia medium grade, control valves type butterfly of suitable size of comprising of pressure gauges of suitable capacity, two no sampling cock, air vent line with air release valves , bed plate with strainers unit filled with filter( Zeofil, of size 2.5 mm to 1.0 mm & gravels of size 40 mm to 3.0 mm) for a depth 1350 mm approx qty 128 Cft, having digital water flow meter, unit should have back washing & rinsing facility etc complete unit should be capable for working pressure 3.0 to 5.0 kg/Cm2 duly painted internally with anti corrosive black bituminous paint and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer-01 No (d) Alum Dozer of capacity 30.0 ltrs of size 320.0 mm dia X 394.0 mm depth, MOC CI, including all fitting of brass complete all as specified by OEM-01 No (e) Soda Dosing metering Pump electronic metering type having capacity 0 to 10 LPH including tank of capacity 100 litres, MOC- HDPE, Make-E-Dose/Similar. NOTE:- Rate quoted for Job shall be inclusive of cost for necessary civil work, PCC foundation, proper drainage work for complete plant and as required and directed at site.
