S&F self-supported 15 mtr triangular type GI mast consisting of various members fabricated from hot dip galvanized as per IS 4759-1968, IS: 1161-1998 and IS: 4736. All unspecified holes should be 17.5 mm dia for 16 mm dia bolts confirming property class 5.6 for all members of tubular hybrid mast. All welds should be 6mm fillet UNO. All tubes should be confirming to grade YST 240 MPS as per IS 806-1968. Filled connection shall be bolted with lock washers. No field welding should be allowed. Tolrance for fabrication of steel structures IS: 7215 complete all as specified and directed as per the sketch enclosed in Appendix "A". Note: The rate is inclusive for two coat of enamalled panit over a coat of redoxide on 15 meter tower.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing system. The earthing shall consist of :- a) 4 Nos of copper rod of dia should not be less than 15 mm and length 3 meter. b) The electrode shall be installed in a 150 mm dia 3000 mm deep augured bore hole. The hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall not be less than 50kg per pit. c) 4 No of copper bus bar size 25x50x150 mm should be exothermic welded with copper rod. d) 4 No pre cast chamber with cast iron pit cover for covering the earthing bore holes. e) Exothermic connection of 25x6x150 mm bus bar to 70 sq mm copper cable. Note: (i) Distence of earth pit (centre to centre) should not be less than 3 meter. (ii) The quoted rates are inclusive 4 numbers bore holes of size 150 mm dia and 3 mtr depth. (iii) The datails are as per the sketch enclosed in Appendix "B".

M&L for PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 1.2 mtr x 1.2 mtr x 1.7 mtr for self supported 15 meter height triangular type GI mast. Mast foundation shall be designed to bear 150km/hrs wind load being a sea shore area including excavation work for mast foundation complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying/ fixing of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,3 core, 1100 Volts grade. Electrical connection will be done from exiting street/ security light pole loop in loop out FRP box complete all as directed by engineer in charge . Make : L&T/ Havells/ Plaza / Finolex

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Note: BOQ sl.No: 08 to 16 & Sch “A” Part- II Sl.No: 15 to 19 is to be carried out in Kodiakkarai which is 120 Km (appx) away from this station. The rate quoted by the bidder is deemed to inclusive of the factors involved in quoting accordingly
