REPAIRS AND REHABILITATION OF RCC MEMBER AND CONNECTED WORKS TO SAILORS MARRIED ACCN/ OTM AT INS MANDOVI UNDER GE (P) NAVY MANDOVI

Taking down cement plaster of stone /Pcc block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints hacking for key securing down with water etc and removalof debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 Complete

M & L for dubbing out with CM 1:4 with ready mix plaster of approved make average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including disposal of debris, etc outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (min, compresive strength 35 Kg/sq cm) straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3: 6 set in cement mortar 1:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & Labour for 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 in two coats (15 mm base coat and 5 mm finishing coat) using factory manufactured polymer modified premixed/ready mixed plaster of UltraTech Cement or equivalent approved make, prepared with well graded treated dry natural sand conforming to IS 383, suitable for external plastering and having low rebound and low water demand curing properties. The plaster shall be mechanically mixed with water in metallic tray/container to obtain proper consistency as per manufacturer’s specifications and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces, including cleaning and preparation of surfaces, providing richer mix at corners/edges wherever required, making grooves of existing size and pattern, providing scaffolding/staging at all heights, fixing chicken wire mesh of size 100 mm × 100 mm at RCC and brick masonry junctions, curing, finishing and all allied works complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include waterproofing powder/liquid @ 3% by weight of cement in plaster work at all floors and levels.

M & Labour for 10 mm thick rendering/plastering using factory manufactured polymer modified premixed/ready mixed plaster of UltraTech Cement or equivalent approved make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:6 with fully treated, dry and well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383, suitable for plastering work and having low rebound and low water demand curing properties.The plaster shall be mechanically mixed with water in metallic tray/container as per manufacturer’s specifications and applied over masonry and concrete surfaces, including preparation and cleaning of surfaces, providing chicken wire mesh of size 100 mm × 100 mm at RCC and brick masonry junctions, curing, finishing and all allied works complete, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd' or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:3 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering in ceiling, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over concrete surfaces, including providing chicken wiremesh 100mm x 100mm size at RCC & brick in joints, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for cutting down plants/trees of upto 10cm girth and applying ROUNDUP/ GLYPOCET or equivalent (Herbal medicine) to roots of roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg chajjas, wall junctions, at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junction including taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the GI/CI/ACC/PVC pipe joints of that affected locations after applying herbal medicing making good to suit the adjoining surfaces shall be carried out using PCC (1:2:4) type 'B1' or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc at any height of from the ground level all as directed and as specified.
