SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Taking down chowkats or frames, exe 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each in the same opening complete as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L in repair for 18 mm thick, Prelaminated, wooden finished, PVC plastic ply for kitchen shelf/cupboard etc fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm size, butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150 mm long, Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125 mm size, Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel sliding door bolts, 300 mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolts not less than 12mm dia with & including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, 30mm width of flape when open complete all as specified and directed.

S & F brass concealed hinge with integrated dampening/soft close system including all necessary fixing arrangement for cupboard doors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel door opening system, push to open for handle less furniture and necessary door closer for glass shutter of cupboard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) as in floor, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, Steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 15mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15mm bore, bib taps, fancy type, with wall flange cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs, stainless steel sinks made of 1 mm thick sheet with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in ement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm and bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall, etc including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper-oil-emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat over one or more coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling, etc including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.
