Excavation in foundation,trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable & unusable material/soil separaterly & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing of mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work I/C bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Edge of slab and breaks in floors and wall under20cm wide within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precast RCC (SFRC) Manhole frame and cover conforming to IS-12592 part I & II on the tope ring beam of M.H. chamber during concreting of chamber having following duties of cover & frame. Heavy Duty.

Laying and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron(spun) pressure pipes confirming to BIS 8923-2000 class K-7,suitable for tyton(push on joints) inculding short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required nos,cutting pieces where- ever required ( earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately ) including carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & jointing Tyton (push on joints) to ductile iron pipe and fittings i/c testing of the joints, cost of rubber gasket (SBR quality) confirmingto IS 12820 (Latest edition / amendents) complete in all respects.

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil( including saturated soil but excluding boulders & rock protion req. belasting) up to a distance of 20mtrs. Disposing unserviceable material and neatly dressing the surface.with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
