Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Loosening and recompacting original ground below embankment including Loosening levelling and recompacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction as per MoRT&H specification clause 305.3.4.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes as per Table 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness; hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening (Table 400-8) binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and compacting to required density, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges as per clause 404 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion complete. Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping, with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 75 mm thick

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
