Day to day maintenance of sewer lines, drainage lines at AIIMS, Raipur (C.G.)

Providing day to day 24X7 maintenance in the whole campus of AIIMS Hospital in single or multi storeyed building for storm water drain as well as vertical & horizontal sewer lines such as cleaning, removal of chokage etc. repairing of minor work including cost of material .The maintenance should be done by mechanised with necessary equipments and man powers, disposal of cleaning material outside the campus to municipal dumping yard all complete as per instruction of Engineer -In-Charge and CPWD Maintenance Manual update. (All the sanitary installations, drainage system, if accessories and rain water pipes etc. will come under mechanised as well as manual services). Emergency work must be attended immediately with necessary registers or documents. They must have to be maintained by the agency and reviewing by the authorised representative of Engineer -In-Charge .
